So far, I have had an inspection with Sewer Ninjas for a broken sewer line. The team was extremely professional. They walked me through the rough draft of the entire plan and have informed me that they will verify the plan and then get back. I will definitely be using their team to repair the sewer line and recommend them to others!

When our drains all started backing up on a weekend night, I spent 6 hours trying to fix the plumbing myself with a snake and liquid drain cleaner like I usually do - couldn't get it. My apartment complex uses this service whenever there is an issue with the pipes and drains.The drain in the basement often backs up but this time human waste came through the drain onto my basement floor. It’s already disgusting enough as it is plus addCOVID 19 virus on top of it🤢😷The call was made at 1pm, he gets to us closer to 7pm. No sense of urgency although sh!t is all over the floor!Fixed the drain (hopefully) but didn’t wear anything to cover his shoes to stop spreading germs and proceeds to walk on my carpets and in the bathroom tracking germs! When he was done I asked was the tissue and poop still down there his words”yea, someone’s gotta clean it”

Have used Budiac for over 20 yrs on all of our remodels... the job is always done right.

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

They might want to consider changing their name to Lone Ranger Plumbing - they swooped in and fixed our problem super fast.

I have a very elderly mother in Brookfield - her connection to her washer was about to blow...And the sink in her bathroom wasn't working.

Jody at Alpine sent a fantastic plumber within a day who fixed both problems incredibly quickly and efficiently. His repair for the washer was so pretty that my mother's caregiver took a picture.

Where another local plumber (who we will NEVER call again!) told us that my mother's bathroom sink and faucets had to be replaced....Alpine repaired her 1960's fixtures NO PROBLEM. Saved us money and lots of anxiety.
