Without prompting from me, the dispatcher took it upon herself to text a serviceman in the field to see if he could fit me in today. I recommended this company to some friends because I used Dickenschrauf in the past. This time they were a NO SHOW and didn’t have the courtesy to notify their “new customer”! We had an emergency situation with a leak behind our shower wall that was running down into the living room ceiling below. Budiac was extremely professional and helpful with re-working their guy's schedules to get someone to our home ASAP. Extremely professional and knowledgeable service by the plumber who repaired the leak in no time at all and made recommendations related to the shower. I'd definitely use them again.

Had them install new sink and faucet which we boight ahead of time and reconnect plumbing after we had new countertops installed. After he gave me an estimate on price for the job he started install.Service tech was nice, asked questions on my preferences and he was done very quickly. I asked him to fix a drip on our fridge water line which he had done in just a few minutes. We will use agin if needed.

Excellent experience with water heater replacement. We selected VIP as the quote provided was competitive with two other companies contacted, and multiple friends had recommended them for quality work. Scheduling was painless, Matt arrived on-time, and replaced the heater quickly. After installation, took the time to walk through the features and did not leave a mess behind. Also appreciated that he wore a mask throughout the process! We were billed ~ 3 days later, and were pleasantly surprised to see a bill that was LESS than quoted.

I had multiple jobs completed at the same time. Kitchen sink and faucet, bathtub shower head, faucet and spout as well as both outside spigots. All were professionally competed by Joe and Jesse from Milwaukee Plumbing. Both gentlemen were courteous, polite and worked to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and as promised.

Plugged Pipes was excellent. Quick, friendly, efficient, and very professional. They provided honest and understandable advise for someone who doesn't know much about plumbing. I would highly recommend them!

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.
