Bad service. Thought I would give them a try because of the price, however, guys come out didn't have the equipment to do thorough job at floor drain. The water was still backed up when technician finished the job, and the next morning my basement was Flooded again after paying $300.00. Call company about the poor service to no avail they said that technician could only unclog it temporary because the tech could only get a 2 inch cutter to fit.😒 Then I call the previous plumber I had use before who came out and completely unclog the basement floor drain in about 15 mins. Don't use these guys or watse your money they're a total rip off.😓

I was nervous about calling Heiden based on the reviews but proceeded because: 1) My plumber friend recommended this place and 2) most of the negative reviews were about failed callbacks rather than the work. So I called Heiden and was told a plumber would call me back about my issue and to schedule a time. That did not happen so I understand some of the negative reviews. I called Heiden back the next day, explained how I never got a callback, and that person scheduled me on the spot. I'm glad I called back because I'm really happy with the work and with Scott in particular. My plumbing situation was tricky due to old pipes that were oddly configured and he explained all the options he could take without pressuring me into anything. I opted for the comprehensive and best long-term option that involved replacing a very old and clogged pipe by cutting a hole in my dining room ceiling. Scott was super thorough, explained everything, tested everything multiple times, and took immaculate care of my house. It wasn't the cheapest ($1,060 for about 5 hours of work and this doesn't include the cost to patch the hole in my dining room ceiling) but the work seems to be holding up. Scott is now my go-to guy for all plumbing and he should be yours too.

Last weekend, my kitchen sink drain clogged, causing it to leak into my basement. I scheduled a plumber from another company to arrive on Monday morning. He never showed, or called to say he was late. I called another company and was told they couldn’t get to my house until Thursday.

Then, I called Roto Rooter. A very friendly young guy named Travis showed up within the hour. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 15 minutes. Before I knew what the problem was, I was bracing for a huge bill. The bill for this quick work was very reasonable.

If there is ever a “next time,” I will call Roto Rooter first!

Matt R. & Jake K. replaced our stack and put in a new pipe by the floor drain. This required them to break the basement floor. They were always courteous, professional, on time and knowledgeable. Also, Matt cleaned the floor when he was finished. If we ever have a plumbing need in the future, we will call them again. We highly recommend using Rozga.

Amazing people to work with. I had a clog in my sewer and they were able to get out the same day to get it flowing. They were able to use a camera to show the inside of the sewer and show me some issues I was not aware of. Will definitely be calling them back for any future needs.

Only fixed one of our two problems and overcharged

I called. and less than an hour later: Tony had arrived, fixed the problem, and left. The lady on the phone was very friendly and so was Tony. He was also quick and efficient. My dog doesn't always like strangers in his house, but he liked Tony right away! Their price was half of what another company charged us 9 years ago. I would call them again without hesitation! My daughter, who works for a Property Management Company, recommended them. I'm glad that I listened to her!
