Sump stopped working and water backed up. Called Milestone. Bob from Milestone showed up as scheduled, diagnosed the issues and began the repairs. Required a new sump and some re-piping. All completed quickly and with attention to detail and with due regard to condition of our 1950's ranch. Very satisfied. Milestone office very professional. Handled our inquiries very well. Nice guy. Doesn't know how to use math or tape measures. Doesn't know how to miter cuts. Expect to hire someone else to fix mistakes or do it yourself. No wonder why he's cheap...wasted as much materials as he used

Be careful.. What a scam all they do is replace part and they charge 6hrs..at $110 dollars an hour... He only spend less then 2hrs.. So disappointed that companies let this kind of business practice.. They also charge travel fee.

I needed a plumber for a backed up sewer drain. I called Dave and left a message. I called another plumbing service with good ratings and setup an appointment with them. Dave (or i think it was Dave) called me back shortly after I explained I already booked with an other company. He asked about the rate and when I told him the rate and other company. He assured me they do good work at a great price. Seems super professional to speak well of his competition I'll definitely call Dave in the future if I have plumbing needs.

My mom called them to fix water backup in the basement. They couldn’t fix it yesterday and told her they would cone back today. At around noon today she called them and they told her a plumber would have to fix the problem. That information would have been nice to know yesterday. Now have to have a after hours plumber come to fix the problem.

Have utilized Dr. Plumber on multiple occasions and even on a weekend. He is prompt, professional and does the job right....even down to the clean up. I highly recommend him.
