Best Faucet Repair in Milwaukee WI

We had them plumb our new construction home, complete with a 1 yr warranty. They did a fine job overall and the guys that came out were pleasant and did solid work onsite.
We discovered an issue 6months ago where the hot water wasn't consistent in our bath and showers. Paul sent out someone 3 times, each time performing a simple fix and saying if it's still not working right, just let us know.

The 4th time they sent out the vendor who sold the hot water heater, without my knowing; suddenly I got a call from a company I'm not familiar with, telling me they're coming out to look over the heater. Would've been nice to get the heads up, Paul.

Still the hot water was running cool after 15min. My husband finds that a check valve doesn't seem to be working properly. I message Paul and he tells me it's not the valve but no one had assessed it.. 🤔 He then says to contact my builder (which he knows is impossible at this point for separate reasons). He won't return calls or emails. I put a pin in this for a couple months to work on more pressing things.

I just contacted him and he was so quick to reply and friendly! Turns out he forgot who I was and asked for my name number and address and scheduled someone for the next day, 2hr window. No one showed, called or emailed. My best guess is he pulled up our file and promptly decided to ghost us. I called and emailed multiple times to no reply. I took hours out of my day for them to come and fix this issue and they didn't show.. what a trashy move. Completely rude and unprofessional and our warranty is still good for another 2 months. We paid him in full and he did not hold his end of the bargain. I'm reporting him to every bureau and vendor we used.

Oh, and we hired a real reputable plumber who came out day-of, and he verified the check valve was stuck and is fixing it as we speak. Save the headache and find someone else... this guy is too busy taking people to collections and making up arbitrary numbers (per the other reviews)😂

Al is awesome.. I have never met a plumber who was so helpful and didn't try to get an exorbitant amt. of money from me .I've only had plumbers in the past who charged an exorbitant amt and were rude .... Al also helped me over the phone first to save me money .. very professional and nice. highly recommend : )

Good communication and job was completed at the price they said in the timeframe they said.

My Wife and I recently bought our first home and immediately had some issues with the first floor bathroom. I called Chris with Axis on Friday afternoon and told him about the problem. Not only did he come and check it out a couple hours later, when we realized our work schedules wouldnt match up he offered to come on Saturday (the next day) and do the repair. He was beyond professional and was actually able to complete the repair for less than he quoted the day before. I will be calling him with any other issues we have in the future as well as recommending him to everyone I know.

I called Donaven with concerns of a leaky pipe in the basement. He was able to come out the same day and get the needed work done. The problem was due to an old bathroom toilet. He replaced my toilet and sink and I couldn't be happier. Being a new homeowner he really helped to put my mind at ease. Neighborhood Plumbing is now #1 on my list. Thanks again Donaven!

These guys are awesome! I’ve owned older homes for 20 years and have only ever reviewed one other company, but felt compelled to spread the word - Milestone really is fantastic! They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced, always professional, timely, excellent communicators, respectful of your home, and most importantly they are attentive to detail and ‘doing it right’ the first time. They care. - And they also seem really reasonably priced.

I have an older 1926 home that requires assistance from various contractors - including plumbing assistance multiple times. Our home warranty company sent us to Milestone...and we are so glad they did! We no longer have the warranty, but we still have various plumbing issues. Adam and Don at different times fixed a leaking bathroom faucet, replaced a kitchen sink and corrected the previous home owners install work under the sink, repaired frozen (galvanized) pipes in the garage and now most recently replaced the water heater. They are the kind of company you wish every contractor would be!

In the past 3 years since moving to this area, we’ve used Bohmann Plumbing exclusively (after being unsatisfied with 2 other plumbers). Brian knows his business well, is prompt in responding and on time, reasonable rates, and is courteous. Seriously recommend him.

Very pleased with Viking Plumbing despite the name. Super professional and was able to schedule the repair quickly.

My kitchen sink wasn’t draining from either side and they were able to quickly come in and fix that. I’d do it myself but I don’t have the tools.

It took them maybe 30 minutes to do the whole job. Really happy with the service. If I’m in need again they are my first call without question.

Despite questionable reviews we utilized this company as part of our AHS warranty & I am glad we did! From the first point of contact with them they were efficient- squeezing us in today even though there were no open slots until tomorrow. The plumber arrived when promised, quickly repaired our broken pipe, was courteous & offered helpful information for future projects we are considering. Chris gets an A+ & I would not be one bit reluctant to use this business in the future!

Great service. Called in the morning and they were able to come after work. Experienced plumber with affordable prices, paid $165 for a main drain line clean out. Was even given a 30 guarantee warranty!

Just poor! I have been trying to get service from them for
two weeks! They keep saying they're coming and never
do! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Get someone
else who will come when they say they will. Never shows
