We had a sump pump pile burst on one of the coldest days of the year, flooding our basement. Tim was out within 30 minutes and took care of the issue - he never talked to me like I didn't understand, but took the time to explain in a kind way what was happening. We will use him again and again!

We had quite a few things that needed to be taken care of and Shane from Rozga Plumbing did an excellent job of addressing our concerns. He explained things well, was efficient, and left the work area clean. Shane did an excellent job and we will definitely have Rozga come back for any future needs.

From my first inquiry, Milestone was timely and able to give a quote through pictures which was convenient. Charlie and Evan installed a new kitchen sink today including a new faucet and water filtration system. They were timely, friendly and explained everything along the way. Awesome guys to work with and they took special attention to leave our kitchen in clean shape before leaving. Amount invoiced was spot on with the quote and reasonable for the job performed. I am a small business owner of a dog washing and grooming facility. We had an unexpected issue with a faucet in a tub that we use to wash dogs. The faucet would not work and we were in critical need of a plumber asap. I called Dr. Plumber based on a Google search, and he was able to come the same day, which I was very grateful for. He did a very good job of, according to his invoice, replacing a faucet cartridge, handle adapter and face plate screws. The job was a little tricky, because of how the faucet was not secured to the wall behind the tub, but he was able to get it done, and it took less than 2 hours, on a weekday afternoon, at the very most.
This all sounds good until you know that he charged me $480.00 for this job!!! It was a ridiculous amount of money for the time he spend and the minimal cost of any parts. I was very annoyed at myself for not getting a price upfront, but I would never have guessed a price of $240 an hour. When I called him about it, he implied that it was a little tricky, and I get that, but not nearly enough to come close to justifying that price. While his work was very good, I would NEVER hire him again, and would STRONGLY SUGGEST that you get any costs up front. I was ripped off. I know it and he knows it.

I was assigned this company through my home warranty. The first time they came out and fixed a couple of the things we needed fixed. They did not fix the one problem though that was the main one (water line leaking under sink.) I called both Carl's plumbing and my home warranty back to get them back out to finish the job. We rescheduled another time, but I had to cancel the day before. I sent an email during business hours and called the office after I got out of work at 6:52 pm. Some guy from Carl's plumbing called me the morning of 8-18 and said I cannot reschedule. He was very rude and very uncooperative. The customer service was terrible and the work they do is not the greatest either. I am very displeased with this company and how they operate.
