Excellent job by Landon and the entire Dick Rosher Plumbing team. Special thanks to Landon's father, Steve for being very fair as well as expeditious. Landon found the source of my sewer gas problem with a sewer gas detection device when 3 plumbers beforehand couldn't. He was also able to show me the roots that were causing the problem on video taken with his sewer camera after the gas leak detection. they did a terrific repair and gave us a report and copy of the video that is being used to support my insurance claim. Good, skilled, a little above average pricing but WELL worth it. This father and son team is on point. Absolutely recommend.

I needed a technician to come out asap and they were very accommodating. James the technician was very nice and fixed the problem very quickly. Definitely will use this company again.

The entire team was extremely responsive (supervisor, to back office, to serviceman), reached out and was readily available to coordinate scheduling, pricing, and explanation of work. Main shutoff was repaired and looks good. Serviceman was a couple hours late ahead of pre-set service appointment scheduled, which was an inconvenience, but was courteous and got the work done.

Odilio was super fast and very helpful. Glad I called!!

Called on a Friday to have work done on a Monday. We both confirmed service. Never showed and never called to say they weren't going to be able to do the service in a particular building. Unprofessional.

Very good customer service,in the website said free estimate, but isn't true they charge $55 if you don't due the job with them. but also de labor is too expensive $100 per hours , I never use anymore

I had an emergency at 9:00pm, I called this company and the plumbers arrived 30 min after. They investigated the issue and performed the job the same night. They were great, super responsible and knew what they were doing. They are my plumbers for life!

Very professional and responsive. I got home to a leaking water heater. They were able to assess the problem and find a solution. They removed my old water heater and replaced with a new one and all my troubles were gone. Very fast and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again in the future. Thank you so much!

I can't say enough about the professionalism of this company, as well as the quality of the end result which was my house that looked better than before the disaster. Nothing is worse than having a flood in your home. You feel like you'll never get your house back and get things back to normal but I assure you that, with these guys, you will not be disappointed. I would give six stars if I could.
