Steve is a talented plumber. He's very smart about plumbing matters. I had a rocky start with him on a leak detection job and I flew off the handle but we talked it through and he ended up coming through with flying colors on the job. He gets 5 stars for his efficiency and quality of work.

My water bill was astronomical! I called the Miami Dade Water Department freaking out. They advised me to call a leak detection company. I called around to different companies and finally spoke to the owner Steve, who clearly explained the leak detection process and costs. Steve's son, Landon, came over and used sound equipment to locate this leak under our floor. As Steve promised, the next day two plumbers arrived and repaired the leak. I have a leak credit pending with the Miami water department. Steve says the water department will visit to check the meter and process the credit to my water bill. I have no doubt in his word. I will definitely call these plumbers again.

Steve Davis and his band of merry men are a wonderful plumbing company with many years of experience and are extremely knowledgeable. The are reliable, dependable and they do the job right the first time. I had a severe problem outside where a number of roots had encroached on the pipe leading to my septic system. It had caused a back up of my entire plumbing system. Steve sent his crew over and they used a hi-tech camera to determine what was causing the problem. The had to dig up a section of my yard to replace some pipes and a clean-out. They were quick, efficient and did a great job cleaning up. I love these guys! I want to give them 10 stars for their actions that led to a resolution to the problem. Thanks Steve.

Steve, the person I spoke with was AMAZING. He solved the problem expeditiously, at a very reasonable cost. I will call no other plumber other than Steve at Dick Rosher Plumbing. The service is exceptional.

I was in a BAD situation and Dick Rosher Plumbing saved me from drowning! They were nice, efficient and did exactly what they said they would for the price they gave me. I highly recommend them to anyone that has a need for plumbing work!

They were quick to come out and install a disposal I had bought at Sears. $275 fee which was very high for 30 minutes work. I paid by check and I asked for an invoice. Then called for an invoice, then text for an invoice to be sent by e-mail. 5 days later no invoice. Now I come to find that the disposal was installed wrong and my dishwasher which is attached to the disposal won't drain. The plumber forgot to take a cap off the disposal where the dishwasher connects. Expensive, unresponsive, incompetent.

I was looking for a plumber that I can trust and my family told me to call Steve & Landon.I’m thankful for them coming to my rescue.My toilet was blocked in my home and I needed help rite away.Thank you for your quick response and quick fix.

I had a water leak and another company could not locate. Steve came out using an infrared camera. He immediately located a hot spot at kitchen floor. His team came out the next day on time and repaired the water leak. Steve then walked me through the water bill credit process. Smart, punctual and clean.

grandfather's water bill was astronomical over $2,800.00I. I'm out of town. So i callsd Dick Rosher Plumbing. Gianni went to my grandfather's home in Miami. Amazingly, Giani did la water leak detection as per water department requirements. Consequently, this conpany plumber Gianni got my Grandfather's water bill reduced to $104.00. 5 stars

We were having a surprise party for my Grandmother’s 75th birthday in Miami and lost all water pressure.

We came in from out of town as did most of our family and many of us were staying at the house for the weekend.

Steve and his team came out and found the problem right away with their leak detection equipment much to our relief. They fixed the problem the same day and for a very fair price.

Thank you Steve, you saved the day and made it a wonderful weekend for our family.

I will never recommend them. WORSE SERVICE ever. I am still waiting for the email with the pictures of the job done and my invoice. I have called plenty of times and texted them and NO ANSWER from neither one I talked to. Address on the webpage is non existing. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Great guy!!! He came out on a Sunday night when we needed help and fixed our issue flawlessly and quick. I highly recommend him. Very honest and upfront about costs. I will use him again if I need a plumber.

This company was great. We had an emergency water leak and Steve responded-immediately , came to the the house, worked on it and called Landon, his employee to bring materials. He the went so far as to send Landon to the store to bring a vacuum to extract the water. The other plumbers I called did not think this was important ant enough to respond. I know will be calling them for plumbing needs.

I called them on a Sunday afternoon because my well water pump had failed, and I was set to host a family bbq that afternoon. They answered and fixed the problem right away. Very appreciative of their services. They were responsive, helpful, and professional.

Steven the OWNER of this company is committing fraud.
I had him come out to do a water test and was promised a full report.

It has been months since he conducted the survey and hasn't made an effort to fulfill his promise.

We called Stephen late at night to come fix an issue we had with our shower faucet/handle. After a quick phone call describing the issue, Stephen arrived promptly and quickly got to fixing the issue. After only a short while, the shower was good as new! Very happy with the work done, definitely recommend!

He was professional and made me feel comfortable but I did get a second opinion on his recommendation from a leak. What he wanted to do was probably the right way to fix the leak but stated I had copper pipes and that's incorrect - I have pvc. Also he is very pricey compared to other licensed plumbers. I could have gotten the leak checked at half his price and I did not go with his recommendation as the pipe thing got to me.

My water bill was around $2,000.00, and called Dick Rosher Plumbing after reading their water leak detection service page of their website. Leak detector Landon Davis is a true professional in the field of water leak detections. As soon as he got out of his vehicle, I watched him scan my yard with his thermal imager and with his eyeballs, before walking up to me! He explained that he was looking for a very happy patch of grass, which would indicate the possibility of a fresh water service leak in that area. What he found was a very happy palm tree! I had wondered why the tree had suddenly started looking more lush over the past few months, and here was Landon telling me it was drinking from my water supply. Of course, I was hesitant to entertain this theory, but when he used his sound amplification equipment, he was able to confirm this. During the course of the rest of his leak detection he also determined that there was another leak at the point that the pipe enters my house! He even dug it up as a courtesy and actually showed me this leak. I was certainly impressed. He then verbally told me what his plan of action would be, and I contracted this fast paced time efficient plumber to replace the entire pipe from the meter to my house. Really an interesting field of work, with a hard working and very knowledgeable young man as the leak detector.Amendment: His father Steve who owns the company is an absolute trip...very hyper but very smart, he is obviously highly trained as a master plumber for many years. They gave me every penny's worth of work and determination. Five stars.

Excellent job by Landon and the entire Dick Rosher Plumbing team. Special thanks to Landon's father, Steve for being very fair as well as expeditious. Landon found the source of my sewer gas problem with a sewer gas detection device when 3 plumbers beforehand couldn't. He was also able to show me the roots that were causing the problem on video taken with his sewer camera after the gas leak detection. they did a terrific repair and gave us a report and copy of the video that is being used to support my insurance claim. Good, skilled, a little above average pricing but WELL worth it. This father and son team is on point. Absolutely recommend.
