Great service. Called on a Monday morning for a broken pipe outside my home. They initially told me early afternoon was the first appointment, but came even faster than expected. Danny Navarro was our technician. He was excellent. Knowledgeable, quick, and professional. Danny had to come back after the initial fix to flush the shower line, and did so first thing the following day. Highly recommend.

This service is horrible. absolutely horrible. Hire another company. He came over per my request to repair 2 faucets and install a toilet and look into a major shower repair. After he arrives, he informs my boyfriend he doesn't repair faucets. Okay. I call him, I am a female, and he is incredibly incredibly rude. He promised a repair, okay he buys another faucet for the bathroom and promises to fix the one in the kitchen (its a year old -top of the line) 500 Dollars later the kitchen faucet is worse. If he needed to replace both, say so. I can't believe I have to hire another plumber and pay more money. Its crazy. Oh, he said he was licensed to work in my building. He is not.

Dovi has been super helpful every time I have called him. He came really quick (which is great considering that most of the times when you’re in a plumbing situation it’s quite urgent), but he always responds fast. He assess the problem and then tells me how much it’s gonna cost me, so no surprises. His work is impecable, everything works perfect after he fixed it. I trust him very much and I really recommend him for anyone who needs his services as a plumber.

I used Miami Shores for the first time. The services I needed were simple - disconnect and reconnect washer/dryer and dual sink vanity. It was disastrous. The dispatcher was unable to confirm an arrival window. Both times I waited hours. No one seemed to know fees - one charged flat fee, the other by the hour. The technicians were polite but were compromised by the absolute lack of efficiency and professionalism by the company. I was also left with additional problems. Dryer could not be opened due to improper replacement of folding door enclosing it. Now folding door won't close. Leaking under sink after after disconnection causing damage to interior of wood vanity.

Excellent service. From beginning to end the experience was above and beyond. Very professional and took the time to explain the issue and the solution.

Will most definite recommend.
