Very misleading. The price of our project was increased x 3 while the work had already begun. Lots of miscommunication. Poor English. Yoandry was very inflexible and not honest. Even threaten at one point to put a lien on our property when we tried to negotiate because he clearly did not explain the price of the work. The proposal did not matter. He said whatever he says goes, not the proposal. Even suggested that we take a loan out of our homes equity. Treated me, a woman, with less respect than with men. His wife called me for sending him messages that were work related in the evening. EXTREMELY unprofessional. He has one man doing a huge job. He said the work would e done in 2 weeks, more like 2 months. The experience with this guy made me realize why Miami Contracters have a very bad reputation. We were forced to oblige and pay him to finish the work because our tenants needed bathrooms asap. . The man who actually did the work was punctual, kind, and hard-working. Nevertheless, we definitely over paid for their services. Our hands were tied and this men took every advantage he could to rip us off knowing we could not stop the work mid way. He knew exactly what he was doing. Beware of this man
