I have known Sam the Plumber for about 30 + years now, and he has been my go to Plumber since then, no one more reliable or honest or responsible than him, he has been a life saver in my own home and the rentals I own, nothing but great things to say about his service...

This weekend I had a major plumbing issue in my home. Due to many circumstances out of our control, we had several family members staying with us who would have hot water.

We called Top-Choice plumbing and were immediately impressed. They were fast to response and resolved the issue in less then 24 hours. Not only did the team complete the work fast, they did it on a WEEKEND!

Since then, I have had a few follow up questions. Paul, the company owner, responded promptly each time. He is extremely reliable! Paul gave instructions that were easy to follow and did not make me feel intimidated in anyway for being female (unfortunately, we all know this can happen).

Most importantly, he quoted a reasonable price based on the diagnosis of my problem. Not to mention, the diagnosis was done in person, late on Friday night. The quality of work was stellar and Paul did not try to “bait and switch” or up-charge in anyway.

Paul sincerely understood the gravity of our family emergency and was sensitive to this. He has since followed up to see how things are going with the family.

Thank you Paul for making a potentially difficult situation much easier for me and my family!

The service person was great, it just took ROTO- ROOTER 5 HOURS to get someone to my place, unacceptable, no one called to let me know status of my appointment, I had to call 4 times to make sure that someone was coming 4 hours after my initial call 9:15 AM I got a call at 1:57 PM to tell me that someone will be there in 20 minutes, did not show up until 50 minutes later, unacceptable.Repair charges out of this world, I will never call ROTO-ROOTERS again.Thank you

I called Main Plumbing Sevices after calling 2 other plumbing company's. I must say I am extremely happy that I chose this company to service my home. From the moment of contact I was pleased and relieved knowing that I was in great hands. My master bathroom was leaking and showing sign of water damage which was staining the walls. Office bathroom flooded due to a broken pipe leading to the toilet. I called Plumbing Police and they came right over and fixed it. Great work and extremely professional.

Plumbing service was great. The leaks in the bathroom was pretty bad but Gyorgy Balazs was able to fix the problem in no time. He's serious about his work and always makes sure he gets the job done right.

Come to my house with exceptional customer service orientation, fixed everything, showed me what was bad and explained why he then went over my bill with me so I was aware as to what I was being charged.
