Terrible attitude and service. Called to have two bathroom fixtures repaired and the partners started arguing among themselves, as to who would make the call while I was on the line. Needless to say, neither one ever call back.

I had a great experience. They were on time and installed a new toilet in less than an hour. Very professional. I would call them again in the future.

This weekend I had a major plumbing issue in my home. Due to many circumstances out of our control, we had several family members staying with us who would have hot water.

We called Top-Choice plumbing and were immediately impressed. They were fast to response and resolved the issue in less then 24 hours. Not only did the team complete the work fast, they did it on a WEEKEND!

Since then, I have had a few follow up questions. Paul, the company owner, responded promptly each time. He is extremely reliable! Paul gave instructions that were easy to follow and did not make me feel intimidated in anyway for being female (unfortunately, we all know this can happen).

Most importantly, he quoted a reasonable price based on the diagnosis of my problem. Not to mention, the diagnosis was done in person, late on Friday night. The quality of work was stellar and Paul did not try to “bait and switch” or up-charge in anyway.

Paul sincerely understood the gravity of our family emergency and was sensitive to this. He has since followed up to see how things are going with the family.

I had a very interesting experience with Mr. Paul when he came to fix my toilettes. While we had all the details covered, insurance given to my building, etc a major case of institutional toilette blocking came up which diverted his attention from my problem. As I expressed to him that I was also in need of assistance for my first toilette problem. he promptly understood and gave me his undivided attention. Great job Mr. Paul !!

I highly recomned Top Choic Plumbing. They were sent out to do the pump out of my septic tank after an initial consult. Paul, Franco and Frantz showed up on time and were in and out quicker than you can imagine. They left the area clean and without further damage. We had a laugh or two at the contents of the septic tank and Paul and I exchanged teenage duaghter problems. These gentlemen were eficient and professional. What pleasure that there are still folks like these areound to depend on. Paul, kudos to you and your team and continued success.

This weekend, my parents had a major plumbing issue in their home. It was discovered on a Friday evening, diagnosed late Friday night in person and fixed on early Saturday morning. Paul, the company owner, and his team were extremely reliable and professional on each visit.

Additionally, we had family crisis this weekend that brought 10-12 guests to sleep in my parents’ home. All would be forced to take cold showers if the plumbing issue was fixed ASAP. Paul was aware of this and very sensitive to the situation. This made all of us much more at ease during such an important weekend for my family.

Paul and his team were punctual, friendly, and fast! The service provided and work done were
also top quality. Paul walked us through the entire process and explained everything about the new system installed. Since then he has been available on the phone, immediately picking up and helping us to understand.

Top-Choice provided a reasonable estimate and kept to it once service was complete.They did not try to up-charge my parents in anyway.
