After having an amazing first experience 3 months ago, today I called them for a clogged shower and after charging me 225 to fix it, 4 hours later the clogging came back and I called them again and the least they’re charging me this time for a second visit was 175 claiming they don’t offer any kind of guaranties on a clogging which I perfectly respect, but now I feel like I paid 225 for nothing and my bathroom is still useless, if you ever have a clogging make sure is 100% fixed so you don’t have to call them again.

Manuel 6454 from Roto-Rooter did an amazing job was quick to arrive professional fixed everything lightning fast he was very knowledgeable assessed the situation and solved the problem. Highly recommended.
