I used Roto Rooter to deal with a leaking hose connection. I booked online and received the email confirmation quickly. On the day of service the office called me with a clear arrival time which was within my chosen window and quite accurate.

Luis (Luis 675) was my plumber. He was polite. He respected social distancing and offered me a quote immediately. He kept me informed of what he was doing and what he needed from me. He worked quickly and neatly. When he was finished he showed me what he did and demonstrated. I am very happy with my Roto Rooter service today.

Have had multiple interactions with RR, since purchasing and older home. Staff works to get the job done. However, clients should be persistent to call and follow up to ensure they complete the work they outline. Six month warranty on work is helpful.Notably, in December I had a pipe stuck in my vent stack and the team (Robert and Santana) went above and beyond to fix it. I appreciated their dedication.

WMF Restoration is an awesome company. The owners are honest and trustworthy which is really important when dealing with your home and insurance issues. They were involved in our restoration project from beginning to end and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way.

The Plumbers arrived on schedule and resolved a problem that has challenged other plumbers. They were great!

We had a plumbing issue, a leaking 3/4 gate valve on the main pipe water supply, we called Falcon Plumbing to resolve the issue. Justin the plumber came, quote us to fix the valve, $625, we told him to proceed, it was late at night no time to argue, water was leaking. Also we ask him about the water heater (W/H), Justin advised us to replace W/H and said he can do both for $1200.00, fixing the valve and changing W/H both for $1200. We insisted, both for $1200, he said yes. The next day, we asked him again, the $1200, are you sure is for both jobs, he said again, Yes.
We told him to proceed, he said he will come on Friday.
It was Tuesday night, On Wednesday the office sent us a bill for $649.00 not $625 for the valve replacement, that we paid immediatelly and Justin came on Friday and replaced the W/H. To our surprise, the office sent us a bill for $1188.43, on Friday afternoon, when we called we found out this is the price to replace the W/H. We spoke to Rosie and to Wendy and explained what Justin has told us he will be $550 for the W/H, they said no, this is the price $1188.43.
We definitely think that Falcon Plumbing needs to put their business and their quotation in order, if Justin is not placed to give quote as your plumber he better stop quoting people wrongly and if he did, which in our case he did, Falcon Plumbing needs to accept his quotation. A $550.00 can't suddenly become $1188.43, how much do you charge per hour $400.00, that wasn't an emergency, it was a planned job. This is definitely not right, people need to hear what you are doing to your customers. Rosi Echeverry and Wendy need to honor Justin price and send us a new bill for $550.00.

These guys came in an hour after my call and they fixed my water heater when other companies told me just to buy a new one ( which costs more then $1000) very professional company ! Recommend!!!

I called Carlos on a Monday to see if he could do a main sewer line camera inspection for a house I am looking into buying. He was very professional and willing to accommodate us on short notice and was able to come out today and do it. Carlos and his assistant Oscar were very helpful and friendly from the get go. They were very knowledgeable and explained to us in great detail what they had found. They got in and got the job done quickly and did not try to up sell us on anything that they had found and only gave us an estimate on the important issues we had asked them to look at. I am glad that I had decided to go with Carlos and SoCal Plumbing. I will definitely be giving them my business from now on!

Had a major blockage in a mainline. Rafael and Truflow Plumbing did a great job using a jetter machine to unblock the line. They seem fully equipped to take on any kind of job. The first plumber we called were unable to unblock the line but Truflow came through with better equipment and got the job done. I wish I had called them first.
