Marco and Carlos are 2 of the most professional, polite young men I have ever met. They are knowledgeable and arrived on time. They also took their time to problem solve. Although my problem was more serious than we anticipated. They were still able to point me in the right direction. I would recommend them 💯. Do not hesitate.

Daniel was extremely honest and helpful. He drove across town in rush hour traffic to fix the plumbing. When I discovered and fixed the problem before he arrived, he didn't even charge. Don't feel bad, he knows I will be calling again the next time I have a plumbing problem.

Coastal picked up on the first call, and was very informative on what would be needed to resolve our plumbing issue. They confirmed within 2 minutes of sending photos of the faulty plumbing the required parts needed and cost. Although we had a confirmed appointment of 1 PM, Coastal let us know that they had earlier availability if we were interested. They arrived on time, which is rare for maintenance in my experience. The repair was done by Judson, who was very professional and worked very efficiently. No surprise costs, no price gouging on the parts, great service, and on time - Highly recommend!

As soon as the guy came in to my house and saw my 3 month tankless water heater that is sold in every hardware store in US the guy told i havent seen that before you better change it to a new one . then the problem was not the heater but a leak under the house according to him without checking anything. Wanted to give an estimate for repiping the whole house. Comre on he was trying to ripp me off. End up paying $187 for walking around the house. Stay from these people

Dovis is our savior! I walked into my garage this morning and found water all over the floor. Our water heater sprung a leak and water was gushing out all over the place.
My neighbor saw the water from his driveway and recommended Dovis plumbing, he swears by them. He had a some leaks in his town house that they repaired.
Anyways... they came by immediately, diagnosed the issue, purchased and installed a new water heater and had us up and running before my kids were back from the pool to take baths!!

I saw Mel pumping out a septic tank at a neighbor’s house and asked him if he could pump out my tank. He was very professional, we agreed on a fair price for pumping out my tank and retrofitting it with man way to more easily access the tank for future pump outs. Mel did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. The following morning Noel and Roberto arrived and installed the man way and did a great job as well and were a pleasure to work with. I definitely know who to call for any future plumbing work!👍😁

Saul was very responsive, professional and efficient. We had him install new faucets as well as replace the old metal pipes that connected to the wall. We will definitely use again when we need plumbing services.

I almost did not called Douglas Plumbing due to some negative reviews and I'm glad I did called them. I called on a Wednesday, they gave me the option for two different days, Thursday from 10-2 or Friday at 9AM. We confirmed for Friday at 9AM, I got a follow up call on Thursday, they arrived on time Friday, called me to advise they were waiting for security to assign parking. Even though we didn't had an actual problem with the PRV ( fault of our administration) they couldn't been nicer, if it was another company they would have replaced it and charged me just because we don't know any better (has happened in the past) the person still cleaned our faucets and explained to us what was wrong. Customer service was extremely helpful and nice the 3 times I spoke with them, people should be very careful when writhing negative reviews and be fair. I have had in the past horrible experience with other plumbing companies in Miami and this was a pleasure working with them. Thank you! Keep up the great work!
