I called for an estimate to install electric water heater. They gave me a great package with a reasonable price.

Home Pros responded promptly, quickly scheduled to come out and the technician got there exactly on time and efficiently brought the water heater installation up to code. They replaced tubing to copper and replaced a valve. I was super happy with their service and would recommend them to everyone! Five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ stars! What more could I ask?

I have used many plumbers in my lifetime. I will have to give this company a 10 (yes I know 5 stars are the highest bit the deserve double or triple). they are the nicest people, very respectful, priced fair and quick to respond. Their work is excellent. Their employees are kind, caring and very knowledgeable. Just had my whole condo repiped and was completed in a excellent time frame. No joke, owners are hands on and so nice, very respectful. If you don't want to get ripped off, over charged and a half a**ed job, do you self a favor and call Home Pros of Miami, inc...you won't regret it, you will be very pleased... If I'm missing anything good about this company, sorry, but the answer will be a 10.there is not one thing negative I could say about them.. If you want to feel like a part of their family, do yourself a favor, don't mess around by getting quotes from other companies I wont mention, call these guys.. John and Jose were great. The work was high quality, done on time and at a great price. They helped us through the entire process including inspections. My highest recommendation.

We called because of leak in a tenants home. They said service call was $98. the toilet was overflowing and that was what caused leak. All that needed to happen was close toilet valve. They charged 350$ to close valve and snake out; I could not get hold of owner and asked for invoice and asked to pay the following day. They got nasty and said if it wasn't paid right away they would call the cops and put a lien on property. Extremely unprofessional.

I had to do a whole house repipe and Home Pros did an excellent job. They are very precise in the drywall areas that need to be cut so as to minimize the damage as much as possible. Jose and his crew are very responsive and provide excellent customer service.

We had an emergency and after calling multiple places, not only were they the cheapest option but also were available right away. They were very professional from the first point of contact till the end. Mike was responsive and keep me updated thru out his ride to our house, he knew we had an emergency and was to our house in about an hour. He fixed our issue within 15 minutes in a very professional manner. He was very informative and had a lot of knowledge. I can honestly say we are very pleased with the service we received today. Repipes whole house interior plumbing due to micro leaks caused by the water in Miramar. They cleaned after themselves daily and were least intrusive when opening holes in the walls/ceilings.
