Recently I had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling, I called two plumbers and they couldn’t find it! I called Dade County Leak detection and they found the leak in minutes and cleaned up all the water damage! I would definitely use them again!

- follow up 6/5 I had to change my original review due to :On Tuesday 5/23 I called Roto-Rooter due to sewage backup in my bathrooms and the toilets not flushing. Roto-Rotor came out that same day and cleared the backup, and I was charged $481.00.( TICKET #: 23263782) I was told that I would need a Roto-Rooter specialist (Excavation team)to fix the root issue so this would not happen again.On Wed 5/24 Roto- Rooter was at my home and informed me the cost to fix the issue would be $4,500. The same day the work was complete (Everything was supposed to be good to go they flushed the systems and they ran the cameras through the pipes, and I was told it was good to go)On 6/3 I called Roto- Rooter due to sewage backup in my bathrooms and the toilets not flushing, an issue that was supposed to be fixed. Roto-Rooter shows up the same day and clears the back-up, and I was obviously not charged for this.On 6/3 the Roto Rooter’s Field Supervisor shows up and runs his Cameras through the pipes( which was already done on 5/24) and now says that to fix the issue the cost is $5,000 due to a tree blocking the pipes.On 6/4 corporate responded to my complaint email and said someone from the local Managemt would contact meOn 6/5 Frank Marrero called me utterly gaslight me on the entire situation. Even elevated his voice and said “ We did not defraud you”Only use this company if you need a quick emergency fix. Anything else do not! I had to learn the hard way and was ripped off $4,500 dollars. Bright side of things they have a quick response time. Downside you might spend thousands of dollar for nothing!

Nick and Abraham are awesome. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very conscious of our goal in fixing this leak. They found the leak quickly and explained everything that they found. They asked how we how we wanted to proceed before taking any steps.

Amazing service! Found them through Thumbtack on they were very responsive: I posted a request around 7AM, got a call at 8AM and the specialists were at my house by 9:30AM!

Carlos and Josh were extremely professional by giving thorough and detailed explanations of potential problems and root causes, analyzing my toilet water tank and deciding to replace the parts successfully.

They used a tablet to go through each step of the process in their system, clarifying what I was signing for and the amount to be charged, which felt very transparent and professional.

This was the least stressful repair I have ever had. I called and a person answered the phone. I told them the problem and they told me what was wrong and gave me a quote. I agreed. When they showed up they were pandemic ready with masks and gloves. They repaired the problem and cleaned up everything from the repair. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends and would definitely use them again.

This was the best service I have ever had with a plumbing company. Mike was the service agent who came out to my house. He was on time, less expensive than other quotes, got the job done in a quick efficient manner, and went out of his way to make certain I was happy with the work he did. Unlike many plumbing companies, they do not charge to come out to give you a quote and add another $69.00 to $79.00 to your bill. I would suggest anyone needing great service to contact them first

Jim arrived withing 45 minutes of my phone call - identified the issue - and went to work quick. Within 20 minutes all toilets and tubs were draining normally and the sewage catastrophe receded. Jim's got a lifetime of experience in the plumbing industry and really helped me out in a pinch. Definitely recommend this company for emergency plumbing.

Excellent results with Nicoli. He installed sprayer hose, filtered water spigot/system, liquid soap dispenser mounted on stone counter top as well as a disposal to my kitchen sink. Perfect Diamond cuts through stone and tidy installation. Very friendly and accommodating attitude.
