A few weeks back I had the pleasure of meeting the most professional remediation service in the valley. There team came out no problem an fixed leaking pipe in our bedroom at a affordable price.

Response to my appointment request was fast and very professional. The office called to ask about my plumbing issue and immediately sent someone to fix it. Ariel was professional and friendly and worked fast. I have had some bad experience lately with other home repair companies but this time I think I can say you're the right fit for me and what I look for in a good service oriented organization. Thank you.

They don't even deserve to be awarded one star. I am taking the time to write this review so it may help others in not falling for their dishonest way to make business. My request was to have a gas water heater fixed. The problem was that gas was not reaching the pilot to produce the flame, due to a clogged gas tubing. They sent a so called technician who did not even care to. check what and where he was supposed to. He came up with the theory that the igniter was malfunctioning, something that was not true since the igniter was producing the required spark consistently. Then what followed his wrong and outrageous diagnostic was a far more outrageous cost for a part replacement. Since we decided not to use their services based on the fact that he did not know was he was talking about, we were charged $75 for his visit.
I have come up to the conclusion that their business practice is based on the lack of knowledge of the consumer about the appliance they need to be fixed and not on the expertise or willingness of their personnel.
I strongly recommend not to use their services.

They were great

We had ceiling pipes repaired on March 26th, 2021 by Dovis Plumbing and it was a really positive experience! Shamara in the main office helped to book my appointment that same day; she was very professional & courteous. Taysir did the initial assessment and within less than 24-hours my leaking ceiling pipes were replaced with new ones. Taysir was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He communicated with ETA and showed up on time as promised. The work was done in the timeframe that was given. The two areas that required cutting in the ceiling was done neatly and at a minimum. He and his colleague left the space they were working in tidy and with minimal mess because they were courteous enough to use canvas drop clothes -which I very much appreciated.
I'd highly recommend using them, as they offered a great cost-value compared to other companies, and they did a really great job in detecting the leak and replacing the pipes.

Pros:
-Professional laborers and workman that do the job right
-One of the few plumbers that specialize in less-invasive CIPP to repair drainage lines
-Repair plumbing/drainage as well as other scopes (Floors, tiles, drywall, etc.) required to bring home back to normal
-Responsive to issues or problems with the work performed

Cons:
-Communication of scheduling work
-Required various visits to finish work

While not perfect (but what in construction is?), I feel that had I done the level of work with any other plumber, the process would have been much more frustrating. While there was some miscommunication regarding scheduling, and some work that was to be included - Coral Gables plumbing has gone out of their way to work with us to make sure we are 100% satisfied.

I called Carlos on a Monday to see if he could do a main sewer line camera inspection for a house I am looking into buying. He was very professional and willing to accommodate us on short notice and was able to come out today and do it. Carlos and his assistant Oscar were very helpful and friendly from the get go. They were very knowledgeable and explained to us in great detail what they had found. They got in and got the job done quickly and did not try to up sell us on anything that they had found and only gave us an estimate on the important issues we had asked them to look at. I am glad that I had decided to go with Carlos and SoCal Plumbing. I will definitely be giving them my business from now on!
