Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Miami FL

He was professional and made me feel comfortable but I did get a second opinion on his recommendation from a leak. What he wanted to do was probably the right way to fix the leak but stated I had copper pipes and that's incorrect - I have pvc. Also he is very pricey compared to other licensed plumbers. I could have gotten the leak checked at half his price and I did not go with his recommendation as the pipe thing got to me.

Daniel & Kiko were great. Everything was arranged in advance. They replaced faucets & sink drains, and repaired a leaky toilet. Then they carefully showed me what they had done, explained the operation, explained future maintenance. Everything was cleaned up spic-and-span -- they took the trash & old hardware with them. Payment by credit card with emailed receipt. I felt very confident in their abilities. And I'm grateful to have a plumber for the future should an emergency arise or I need any other repairs.

The owner Steve is a very professional! I called and explained my issue and he gave me 3 different DIY solutions. I called back several times and he answered right away while giving me great advice! We were having pressing toilet issues (both bathrooms no less). I used Google search and then scheduling just before 8am. We got a call just after 8am to confirm our request. The extremely personable and professional, Zamir (magnificent name), arrived just after 9am. WOW - in South Florida this has never been my experience!!! Zamir took the time to explain the process from basic solution all the way up to removing the toilets. Very thorough indeed but at a layman's level so that even this chef would understand. The basic level was all it took - my wallet says thank you. Afterwards, Zamir explained what the problem was, how to prevent it in the future and a future solution for 99% ridding the problem once and for all. Bravo!!! Highly and without reservation recommended for all!!! In my world I would rate Zamir at 10-10-10...10's across the board!!! However, 5 is the max so that's all you get!!! Will definitely say that Zamir and Hernandez Plumbing Co. is now our family's personal plumbers.

Nikolai very quickly installed the pipes under our double kitchen sink. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and very fair price. He also solved an unanticipated clog problem right away, had all the tools for the job. We are so happy we can finally use our kitchen. It looks and works great. Thank you Nikolai!!

Super fast response and even faster clearing of plumbing issue

As soon as the guy came in to my house and saw my 3 month tankless water heater that is sold in every hardware store in US the guy told i havent seen that before you better change it to a new one . then the problem was not the heater but a leak under the house according to him without checking anything. Wanted to give an estimate for repiping the whole house. Comre on he was trying to ripp me off. End up paying $187 for walking around the house. Stay from these people

Spectacular and pristine service! We needed to have almost our entire plumbing redone as we have an old house with galvanized pipes. We had utilized coastal plumbing a year ago for a simple clog and we recalled how great they were and called again. Eddie responded immediately and was able to come to our house to quote us within 24 hours. He was honest with us from day 1 about the extent of our work and issues we may encounter. Him and his team started a week long project within 48hrs of contact. Eddie kept my husband and I up to date on everything (the good and the bad). Luckily we only encountered one issue and they were able to solve at a reasonable price. Eddie, Felipe and Judson were professional and respectful. They even went above and beyond to fix an issue with my kitchen sink, which they didn’t have to, thank you for that Judson! Eddie had to bring in someone to plaster some walls they had to break and even that gentleman (an independent worker) upheld the standards of Coastal Plumbing of a Brickell. They do neat work and clean up after themselves, Eddie truly takes pride in his business. Thank you so much again! I hope I don’t need their services soon but if I do, I’ll never go anywhere else!

Professional and hard working. David and his crew took great care of us. We’d tried other plumbers and either they were flaky, to busy, or just plain cheats. Dovis was awesome helped my wife and I with a problem with our last contractor and displayed patience and follow through to get the job done. We would be happy to employ them again!
