Replaced a tankless gas water heater. Great experience with them. Carlos was very honest and professional. Installers were on time and did a great job. I even called to say I was running late and they accommodated me! Tank is running great (1 week). Could not be happier with choosing this company. I got three quotes and Carlos was not the cheapest but he was the most honest(not looking to squeeze every penny) and professional.

I was so grateful to find this company. When our hot water stopped working, I called several companies who were taking more than a week to help me. I finally found this company. The on a Friday after it close. The phone was answered and documents were emailed to me. They received my documents on Monday contacted me early that that it was sent to City Gas for approval. Tuesday I had my hot water tank installed, and that was Thanksgiving week. This is an amazing company with great customer service. Also best price for gas hot water heater with installation. They do everything right.

I called Miami water heater because my water heater passed away. I spoke to a man by the name of George. this gentleman was very knowledgeable, helpful and experienced. within days he sent out a crew which by the way we top Knoch installers. they removed the old one and installed a new Rheem gas water heater that not only looks great, but I no longer have any more issues with our hot water needs. the unit is quiet and very efficient, and the piping installation looks great also. George also informed me of a rebate form from Florida city gas which I did not even know I was entitled to. he also printed and filled out the form and sent it with his installers so that I only had to sign it. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone and use them again in the future.

When my water heater went kaput in 2001, I called the number of the company sticker that was on the tank. I’ve replaced 2 others and have always used MIAMI Water Heater Company. They’re not cheap but they show up and do a good installation .

George and the guys there were very nice, organized, timely and good prices too. They have a new customer in me and would recommend them to anyone.

Just had a great experience with Alain. From the time I put in a request on the Rheem website to Alain showing up at my door was about an hour. When you lose hot water, time matter. Price was reasonable, service was quick and professional. Would use again.

Man answering the phone is rude. Dude, if you have this stink attitude, I suggest you choose a job where you do not interact with customers (especially those in need). I will suggest a lighthouse watcher. That way, you can be rude and don't have to deal with people. Wish there were a zero star.

I needed some advice, spoke to a gentleman called Dany and he was very helpful, the next day I had the misfortune of talking to a person that claimed he is the owner, he is a nasty one, smug and non cooperative, he said and I quote never buy from HomeDepot, never buy Rheem RUDE!!!

They sent me a defective tankless water heater. Even though it says they'll cover shipping on their website, they're making me pay for shipping and aren't even guaranteeing they'll refund my money. If they can get it to work they're going to send it back to me. Not sure where to go from here.

Thank GOD to Miami Water Heater Inc. for coming to our rescue! Our 33-year-old gas water heater located in our very cluttered garage developed a leak that was in the process of damaging the boxes and property stored in the garage. My husband determined the heater was corroding away and needed to be replaced. While my husband decluttered the garage, threw away damaged goods and arranged to tear down the wall encasing the heater, I explored the options of where to buy a 40-gallon gas operated tall unit which is what we wanted. Been in Miami where it is easy to get ripped off, we felt it was safe to check with Lowes and Home Depot. Both outfits had the unit we wanted but both had contractors that required a home visit consultation that we felt sounded like a sales pitch. We did spoke by phone with the Home Depot contractor but we felt the estimated cost for the installation was too high. As for Lowes, at the time they had no installation contractor available.
We thought we had time to shop around but during the weekend the leak became worse, probably accentuated by the vibrations or movement while removing the carpet and wall. It was then that my husband while urgently looking through the web for other options found the page of Miami Water Heater Inc. He was impressed by the reviews, the pictures, and videos, and first thing Monday morning he called Miami Water Heater. He spoke with Mr. Jorge Sanchez who informed my husband that their company specializes in Rheem heaters and that they both sell and install the unit. He also gave him an estimate of how much the unit and installation were going to cost. The cost was comparable with Home Depot though in the long run we pay less than if we have gone with Home Depot.
Because my husband had a medical appointment, it was I who did all the coordination with Miami Water Heater Inc. I had the opportunity to coordinate with Mr. Jorge Sanchez who was very polite, attentive, helpful, and professional and had the patience to answer all my questions and concerns. He asked me to send him pictures of our current heater and of its location so he could determine what the job was going to require. Within minutes he called me back to give me the final estimate. All together, the new heater (a better model than offered by Home Depot), the installation, new stand, a ppv ¾ valve, the cost was lower than Home Depot. We agreed for the installation on the following day but shortly after, Jorge called me back to tell me he had a job cancellation, and that they could replace my heater on the same day.
My husband was back from his medical appointment when the technicians showed up. The technicians, Alain Sanchez and Osmani, showed up on time. They were very professional, polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They easily removed the old heater that was in very bad shape and installed a beautiful brand-new heater. We were very impressed by Alain and Osmani’s dexterity, positive attitude, and by the pride and love they show in their work. Alain even gave my husband a quick class on how to operate and trouble shoot the heater if the need arises. These two gentlemen did an excellent job, got the heater running and soon we had hot water again.
Bottom line, do not look anywhere else if you have any water heater problem or if you need to buy any type of Rheem water heater, go to Miami Water Heater, they back up the warranty, they know their appliances. Our experience with Jorge, Alain and Osmani was excellent and positive. Miami Water Heater gave us the best price, they provided quality product and service, and they resolved our problem the same day! We are incredibly grateful to Mr. Jorge Sanchez for making it possible and so fast.
PS. We are also getting a $350 rebate from Florida Gas for installing a new unit, something we were unaware until Jorge pointed it out to us.

Great resonse and great service. Daniel got me a Service Tech to repair my water heater the same day I called. Ralph, the technician, arrived promptly and did a great job. It seems that most repair companies that you call nowadays are only interested in selling you a new water heater and not repairing your existing one.
Miami Water Heater is not one of those companies. I highly recommend them for their honesty and integrity.

Had a lot of questions. It was time to replace my tank Water Heater we had a slow leak and we were considering Tankless. Spoke to Jorge. He was very informative and took his time answering all our questions. When we finally decided it was time to replace we contacted Jorge and he was able to get the work done the same afternoon. Their installers were prompt and courteous. They explained the How To of the new tank. I had hot water within 30 minutes. I would / have recommended them.

Great company. Fast to respond, attentive, and very accommodating. Before a plumber even showed up at my door, I exchanged photos with the team so they could assess the situation and show up prepared.

I had to replace my water heater but it was kind of a complicated fix due to the way my apartment was built and how old the heater was, but the team knew what they were doing and found solutions when problems popped up along the way.

Miami Dade Water Heater is THE BEST. Called them in the morning and explained what was happening with our water heater, Carlos took the time to explain what the options were and the benefits for each one. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! YELLED AT ME FOR NO REASON!! EXTREMELY RUDE!!

I was referred to them by Rheem for a warranty repair/replacement of a 6 month old defective/leaking water heater. Shortly after Miami Water Heater’s repair visit I got a call from the tenant telling me that they came out for only 15 minutes to say the water heater couldn’t be repaired and needed to be replaced then left without any further explanation.

When I called them to find out what their assessment was the first person on the phone told me that they “just couldn’t do the job”. When I asked for a reason why, he just repeated the same thing again. So I asked if he could explain why and the guy put the phone down and sighed as he said “please hold” as if it bothered him to answer the simple question. After that someone by the name of George picked up the phone with the same if not worse attitude. With an attitude he went on a rant about how the drain pain was rusted and needed to be replaced and that the subfloor was “probably damaged” from the previous temporary leak and he wouldn’t be held liable if the weight of the water heater came crashing down and killing someone in the first floor. He told me that I would have to call Rheem back to place another request after the repairs are done unless they had another service provider that was willing to take on the liability. All this was told to me in an annoyed and elevated tone of voice. I knew his “reason” was a HUGE exaggeration but after his explanation I bit my tongue and said thank you for the thorough explanation. That same day I had someone else go out to remove the water heater, replace the drain pan and repair the subfloor if needed. Just as I imagined the subfloor was fine and we had the drain pan replaced and minor repairs to the first floor ceiling completed within a couple of hours.
I went ahead and called Rheem back hoping they would dispatch a different company but wasn’t so lucky. The next morning I called Miami Water Heater to ask if there was any chance that they could make it out that same day pleading for the tenant who had been without hot water for 3 days and counting. His response in an annoyed tone was, “I don’t know because Rheem only pays for one person to do the job and that’s a 2 man job because it’s on a second story and we have to go up and down stairs”. I didn’t feel like arguing but the company we hired for the initial installation 6 months prior used only one guy and he handled it all without a problem or complaint. Excuses after excuses as to why they couldn’t do the job seemed to be a recurring theme with this guy. He said he would call Rheem and get back to me.
After 2 hours I got a call from him telling me that they can make it out the next day between 1-4. Here’s where things got interesting. I asked him to please coordinate the scheduling of the visit directly with the tenant as I do with every other vendor and he went OFF yelling, “so why am I wasting my breath talking to you?” I was so surprised at his reaction that I couldn’t hold back. I told him he had a really bad attitude and terrible customer service skills. He then started yelling at me over the phone for 2 minutes about how I wanted him to do my job. Let me say that our business manages over 400 properties for our clients. I personally deal with dozens of vendors on a monthly basis and have never had any one of them object to a simple phone call to coordinate with the tenant directly as it’s the most efficient way to settle on a mutually agreed time. Needless to say I called Rheem to complain and switch the service company. Low and behold the new service company pleasingly agreed to contact the tenant without a problem. They fixed the issue and treated us with proper customer service and respect. Rheem should think twice about associating themselves with service providers who mistreat their customers.

My water heater stopped working on a Sunday, I called Miami Water Heater first thing Monday morning and by 10:00 Alain came to replace my water heater. He was courteous and professional and got the job done promptly. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend Miami Water Heater.

I called them to come and fix a new water heater I bought few days before from Home Depot. They came and said it was the fault of the installer and they have to charge me for $130 Dollars. I refused to pay as this was the installers fault, but when the technician was putting the parts back, he didn't assemble them properly. When I called them to fix the issue they were disrespectful.
