Great service from Roto-Rooter. Jessica came minutes after we call same day late at night and help us by explaining our issue very clearly and also provided guidance on how to fix it. She then provide us with a complimentary liquid to keep our branches cleaned and complimentary camera inspection in order to have our plumbs checked.

Excellent Job! They changed all my plumbing (drain and water supply) I had old cast iron and it was completely replaced. They also helped replaced the water supply with Copper piping. They came to my house everyday from 9am-5:30pm to work until the project was completed.

David & Sean installed a new kitchen water filter and ran new water lines to built-in coffee maker and fridge. Having to pull out the large fridge was no small undertaking. While they were courteous, efficient, and operating room neat, those aren’t their best qualities. When I discovered a leak in the filter on Sunday, I called leaving a message, expecting a call back Mon AM. David called in less than 30 mins and agreed to be back Mon AM. Sean came, but the problem persisted after he left. Another call got David &Sean back and the faulty filter was replaced. Service professionals like Dovis should be judged by how they deal with problems. That’s what really counts. When you NEED these guys, they come running. Who could ask for more? Thanks, guys.

The staff was very friendly. The technicians extremely knowledgable and helpful and on time!! Very hard to find now a days. I highly recommend them.

Replace faucet and the Plumber wrote on invoice, replace sink and tried to charge me over $300. After he seen the discuss on my face. Settle for $260. He came over a couple of days prior and said: replacing faucet and fixing leak around toilet would cost $200 total. Also, charge extra per hour due to it being a Saturday appointment, after I requested a Friday or Monday appointment. Office person guaranteed me, that no extra charge for them sending him out on Saturday. And Saturday he would have a more flexible time. Never ever will I use them again and I suggest to anyone else. Not to use this company, unless you just want to throw your many away. In a time when we are still dealing with Covid, Gas prices, etc... you have businesses that rip off and take advantage of people.

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
