We had an excellent experience dealing with roto rooter this weekend. The team was efficient, professional and went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to restore our plumbing. We came home to a complete mess on a Friday evening and despite the fact that it was not only a holiday weekend the team was able to come late at night and early the following morning to help us address the problem and diagnose the underlying issue. As frustrating as the situation was, the team was very kind and considerate and genuinely extended themselves to help us to resolve the issue as soon as possible and they made sure we were informed and felt comfortable throughout the process. My client's tenant had an emergency with a toilet problem, Abraham from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing answered the phone and within hours he went to the property and fixed the problem. He helped me get the COI for the HOA and kept me informed of the procedure all the way. He was courteous, professional and fast. I will definitely keep them on the top of my rolodex. I highly recommend them.

Before I had called Home Adviser and they sent an electrician instead of a plumber and plus never sent the COI the way the HOA requests and on top of it they charged 335.00.

They recently replaced my shower pan and upgraded my whole shower. I highly recommend their service, they give you options as to how you want your product done. They make sure you are satisfied with your bathroom before they send you the invoice.

The staff was very friendly. The technicians extremely knowledgable and helpful and on time!! Very hard to find now a days. I highly recommend them.

I'm sure with their unique brand name, long history and many 5 star reviews they are top notch. My only negative is the $49 service charge in advance for obtaining any repair estimate that can be applied to work order. I didn't hire them but they have 24/7 human answering the phone!

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
