Amazing company!

The worse! Company they came to my house braking the walls destroying my bathroom and floor upstairs!!!!!!And they put a claim. With my insurance but they forgot to claim my floor upstairs!They billed to the insurance a crazy amountSo now they insurance company don’t want to pay me the all damages they did!!!!!!!Very unprofessional service!!!!

Ramon was the ultimate professional and even gave me a courtesy window by offering to show up a day earlier to take care of a malfunctioning toilet and clogged bathroom sink. He promised there would be no additional fees for showing up on the weekend which was a plus. I was impressed with his promptness, showing up on-time, his professionalism, in immediately pinpointing the issues, and the courtesy shown. I will definitely refer him to family and friends as well keep him on speed-dial.lol

Had a broken pipe in the house With a bad water leak. The owner Mike took care of it and mitigated the incident immediately. He did a great job.

Just when I thought my garbage disposal broke, Steve, the owner was very helpful in walking me step by step how to reset the garbage disposal button. He saved me a bunch of money. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for a honest skilled plumber. Thanks

This is my second time using Juan and I would still recommend his services to others.

Their are people who've done a certain profession for quite some time and they don't like their work like they use to. In-turn they become lazy, unreliable and not as good as they once were but not Juan. He's punctual, efficient and takes pride in his work. I will definitely be using him again for any plumbing issues that may arise in the near future.

Had a semi emergency ~ 8:00 in the evening - we could not shut off the shower (the mechanism was stripped); Diosvany Arriera came out within 7 minutes of being called, was immediately able to shut off the water and repair the stripped handle mechanism. Gracias Senor!

I found Eli online with no prior experience with him or anyone else. Eli was responsive (came over same day I called after hours), was proactive, honest and solved what turned out to be a more complex kitchen sink/dishwasher issue given a poor prior plumbing job. He worked tirelessly (well into the night) to make sure that the job was complete, and followed-up multiple times with check-ins and suggestions on how to upkeep the dishwasher. His pricing was more than fair and I would absolutely trust Eli for all my plumbing needs.

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
