I had a water leak and another company could not locate. Steve came out using an infrared camera. He immediately located a hot spot at kitchen floor. His team came out the next day on time and repaired the water leak. Steve then walked me through the water bill credit process. Smart, punctual and clean.

No one wants to have standing water in your basement, and who knows what to do when it does happen. I called Water Mold Fire Restoration. I never imaged that within one hour they would have arrived and started the process of putting my home and sanity back in order. All the worker's were professional and considerate of working in a house that had children and dogs. They did GREAT work. Don't bother calling anyone else, this is a one stop shop that fixed all our issues.

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
