Amazing service! Found them through Thumbtack on they were very responsive: I posted a request around 7AM, got a call at 8AM and the specialists were at my house by 9:30AM!

Excelente atención y servicio

We had a leak and major plumbing issues with water dirty coming back up from all of the bathrooms in our house. I called Hernandez plumbing Sunday morning and they very quickly sent someone out. Octavio Delgado helped find the source of the issue and quickly repaired it. He was very thorough, friendly and professional. 100% would recommend!

i called 24 hour rooter services who provided a camera inspection in order to see if we can hydro jett the line to extend the flow longevity of our drainage system. he was very helpful. We will jett out lines in the near future. Guess who we are going to call to jet our line? 24 hr rooter service without a doubt.

They don't even deserve to be awarded one star. I am taking the time to write this review so it may help others in not falling for their dishonest way to make business. My request was to have a gas water heater fixed. The problem was that gas was not reaching the pilot to produce the flame, due to a clogged gas tubing. They sent a so called technician who did not even care to. check what and where he was supposed to. He came up with the theory that the igniter was malfunctioning, something that was not true since the igniter was producing the required spark consistently. Then what followed his wrong and outrageous diagnostic was a far more outrageous cost for a part replacement. Since we decided not to use their services based on the fact that he did not know was he was talking about, we were charged $75 for his visit.
I have come up to the conclusion that their business practice is based on the lack of knowledge of the consumer about the appliance they need to be fixed and not on the expertise or willingness of their personnel.
I strongly recommend not to use their services.

I have left messages for Edwan, apparently the owner of the company, for him to call me back regarding storm drain installation. He is not reachable and I have been told over a period of 3 weeks that he will get back to me. Nothing. I guess it is better that way as imagine if I had contracted with him and paid him and he would have been unresponsive. Now he is lying about me asking to do a job without permit. How would he know that since he never bother to reach back to me? Stay clear of this phony business.

My bathrooms had a major clog and water/sewage came up from both my bathrooms. We called A Rooter from an app and Saul came right away. He gave us a very competitive rate and took care of our problem. He was very nice and professional. We are very happy and plan to use his services in the future.

Stephanie removed my leaking toilet and replaced it with a new one. She is very professional and detailed. She explained the process step by step. I did not have to clean up from this installation. I will continue to use Douglas Orr for my plumbing repairs or installations. Thank you.
