Terrible attitude and service. Called to have two bathroom fixtures repaired and the partners started arguing among themselves, as to who would make the call while I was on the line. Needless to say, neither one ever call back.

My water bill was around $2,000.00, and called Dick Rosher Plumbing after reading their water leak detection service page of their website. Leak detector Landon Davis is a true professional in the field of water leak detections. As soon as he got out of his vehicle, I watched him scan my yard with his thermal imager and with his eyeballs, before walking up to me! He explained that he was looking for a very happy patch of grass, which would indicate the possibility of a fresh water service leak in that area. What he found was a very happy palm tree! I had wondered why the tree had suddenly started looking more lush over the past few months, and here was Landon telling me it was drinking from my water supply. Of course, I was hesitant to entertain this theory, but when he used his sound amplification equipment, he was able to confirm this. During the course of the rest of his leak detection he also determined that there was another leak at the point that the pipe enters my house! He even dug it up as a courtesy and actually showed me this leak. I was certainly impressed. He then verbally told me what his plan of action would be, and I contracted this fast paced time efficient plumber to replace the entire pipe from the meter to my house. Really an interesting field of work, with a hard working and very knowledgeable young man as the leak detector.Amendment: His father Steve who owns the company is an absolute trip...very hyper but very smart, he is obviously highly trained as a master plumber for many years. They gave me every penny's worth of work and determination. Five stars.

(2021)I wanted to update this review a long time ago, but feared this company might be able to somehow take back the money I paid them. Below all of this text is a review that I had to leave in order to get my money back. The owner fought with me on the phone after I had left a review about how they sent someone over from their company who not only broke my bath faucet even more, but also wanted to charge me 1200$ for a service I later found out from another honest plumbing company would only have been a temporary fix to my problem, AND that I was being overcharged for a service that never amounts anywhere near what they stated. After I left a negative review the first time telling the truth about what happened and the events that occured, I was called by the manager or owner, who told me the only way they'd give me back my money was if I updated my review and that review made them look bad. His words, verbatim. I now want people to know the truth about this company and their shady business practices. This was about 2 years ago, but I will never forget how they treated my boyfriend and I. They blackmailed us for our own money. My hopes are that they have since polished their business ethics and have learned to treat their customers better, but I wouldn't be too sure about that. So I leave this edited review as a caution to anyone who might feel something might be off about this company, because odds are your gut feeling might be spot on.

I am located in Aventura, FL and had an issue with my guest bathroom toilet. Unfortunately, it had been slowly leaking onto the bathroom floor and also down into the condo below me.Let me start with promptness. For most companies, it takes them 24 hours to get back to someone who make online inquiries. Not these guys. I made my inquiry and I received a call within 20 minutes that a plumber would be at my house within the hour. That is what I call service.Now I will move on to my plumber, Hector (0658). This guy is by far one of the most professional people I have ever met. He is very personable, has no problem explaining what he is doing, and ensures the job is complete the first time. He came in my condo, examined the issue, and knew right away what the problem was. With my approval, he went right to work. He not only fixed my problem, but troubleshot the issue afterwards. He made sure everything was complete, everything was working properly, and there were no issues going forward.All around, a great experience! I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and their plumber Hector. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again!

After issuing a note to Handymen that I needed a disposal replaced I received a response from an Angi contact from “Peters Plumbing” that they could handle the problem and would contact me via phone, text or email.They didn’t do either, they showed up at the door and indicated they were there to replace my disposal. My 87 year old wife, was there by herself. She contacted me and informed me of the situation. Not very happy we agreed to the repair at $300 including an identical disposal. The plumber left to get the part.Meanwhile I returned about the time the plumber came in with a cheap disposal. I reminded him that I had a more expensive part and he had informed my wife he was getting a replacement part, and he failed in that respect. After discussing this he said he would go back and get a matching unit, which he did.

I had a great experience with this plumber. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They quickly fixed my plumbing issue and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

First, the company takes credit cards, and that was a major plus for us. Second, Juan shows up promptly. We called him in the morning and by early afternoon he was at our residence. Third, Juan knows his stuff. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Fourth, we found his fees to be reasonable. Fifth, we highly recommend Juan for your plumbing needs.

We had an issue that needed further attention...I can honestly say that they took care of the problem immediately. Not only did the plumber come back but the owner did as well to assist. They are extremely serious and CARE about their work and their clients! They are UNIQUIE and a rare find...you cannot find good companies now a days. I EXTREMELY RECOMMEND THEM, you will be impressed!!!

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
