This weekend, my parents had a major plumbing issue in their home. It was discovered on a Friday evening, diagnosed late Friday night in person and fixed on early Saturday morning. Paul, the company owner, and his team were extremely reliable and professional on each visit.

Additionally, we had family crisis this weekend that brought 10-12 guests to sleep in my parents’ home. All would be forced to take cold showers if the plumbing issue was fixed ASAP. Paul was aware of this and very sensitive to the situation. This made all of us much more at ease during such an important weekend for my family.

Paul and his team were punctual, friendly, and fast! The service provided and work done were
also top quality. Paul walked us through the entire process and explained everything about the new system installed. Since then he has been available on the phone, immediately picking up and helping us to understand.

Top-Choice provided a reasonable estimate and kept to it once service was complete.They did not try to up-charge my parents in anyway.

I will definitely call Paul and his team in the future!

Steve Davis and his band of merry men are a wonderful plumbing company with many years of experience and are extremely knowledgeable. The are reliable, dependable and they do the job right the first time. I had a severe problem outside where a number of roots had encroached on the pipe leading to my septic system. It had caused a back up of my entire plumbing system. Steve sent his crew over and they used a hi-tech camera to determine what was causing the problem. The had to dig up a section of my yard to replace some pipes and a clean-out. They were quick, efficient and did a great job cleaning up. I love these guys! I want to give them 10 stars for their actions that led to a resolution to the problem. Thanks Steve.

we live in an older home and have had several plumbing issues. Roto rooter is a little expensive, but they stand behind their work, they are always available and have professional technicians. The only way to go.

Ron and his team were great! My sewer/drain was clogged causing both my bathrooms to flood. I called Ron and he was at my property same day within 2 hours , affordable service and honest. Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
