I called RCR when a pipe suddenly started to leak in my roof . He promptly responded and identified the issue and the cause . He came over and spent several hours working non stop under hard rain until the problem was fixed . Next day he returned to complete the work and to make sure everything was working as planned . Ramon also took the time to answer all my questions . I recommend his work .

I had 2 running toilet@ that were only a few years old. They insisted that the whole toilet needed to be replaced. For $700.00+ a piece. They installed the cheapest toilet $67.00 i looked up the number on the box it came in.2 says later i had problems with the toilet backing up and they would come out for $200.00. I am disgusted with this rip off. The toilets only need to be changed inside. We see elderly and they took advantage of us!
I am adding to my original review. After much deliberation I was refunded a portion of the money. Also rgebecessary repairs were made and fixed cosmetically as well. The supervisor did try to rectify the situation.
I did Google rebrand toilet gerber with the model number and it was $67.00.
In the end we get it taken care of thanks to Tony the supervisor.

I had just about given up hope for finding a plumber that would actually be able to help me replace my water heater within a reasonable time frame and would be responsive to my queries. Then, I discovered Just 1 via the ratings on Yelp and I am so glad I did! They responded quickly to my query, provided a fast estimate, and came out at the promised time to take care of the heater replacement. The plumber was friendly and helpful, teaching me about the new tankless heater and making sure that I understood everything. VERY GRATEFUL for this kind of service. The company truly deserves five stars. Wish that more companies operated this way.

Amazing Plumber! I called Rob multiple times for advice when the water started backing up in both bathrooms. He was so helpful right off the bat, offering me guidance and helping me to figure out what was going on. We had already made arrangements for another plumbing service to come check out the problem, but when I called Rob to ask what he thought about their assessment he was straight to the point and honest. The advice he gave me really helped, and ultimately we ended up having Rob come to our house. He came the same day. He fixed the problem right away at a very affordable price (much less than the estimate we were given by the other company). He will be our go-to plumber from here on out.

Willie was great. He arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. He gave great advice and also was able to unclog our tub drain quickly while also cleaning up after himself.
