Jim saved us!! Came the next day after I called late at night!! Leaky washer fixed in moments, new parts for running toilet, he is professional and kind!! Definitely our new go to tor all our plumbing issues.

Overcharging for a simple drain unclogging. Spent over an hour on a section of the house that was not clogged and when finally pinpointed the clogged location, they wanted to charge me extra. They were hired to do one job which is to unclog the drain of my house. They not only did not get it done but also wanted to charge more to finish what they already started. Plus, it was already $460+ for nothing and they demanded more?! Avoid them at all cost.

I was contacted by the owner, Alex, and he informed me that the Plumber that came to my home was let go due to the incident. He assured me that the behavior of that employee will not be tolerated in his company. I must say, I was very impressed with the way he promptly investigated and handled the problem. I feel better knowing that the actions that took place were of the employee and not of the company. I can appreciate a company that does not stand for people being taking advantage of. Alex made me feel like he cared. I can now say that if I had another issue I would call them back again. Thank you Alex for all of your help.

Can someone tell me why they tried to charge me $560.00 to replace a bath and shower faucet? On Friday morning, the faucet in my sons’ bathroom was stripped so we could not get the water to turn off. As a result, we called Pro Plumbing and I explained my problem to the customer service provider for the company that answered my call. She told me that someone would arrive in less than an hour, and soon, two workers arrived in order to situate the issue. The workers went to the back of the house, turned off the water to the house, and then told us that they had to go to home depot to purchase a part. I got a call from one of the workers saying that he saw a bath-and-shower faucet set for $53.00, asking if I wanted him to purchase it, a question to which I replied in agreement. When they returned, however, one person just started walking around while the other went into the bathroom. He was in there for about 30 minutes before he came out and told me that he needed to go back to Home Depot because the part was defective. He came back about 40 minutes later, went back in the bathroom, and shut the door. About 10 minutes later, I walked into the bathroom and saw that he was doing nothing. Then he told me that it looked like someone had to be messing with the water heater which confused me. I told him that was not possible due to the fact that I have a tankless water heater which I can’t reach unless I stand on the dryer and tip-toe. Then he started saying that it was complicated. I had to wake my boyfriend up at this point and tell him what was going on. He went to the bathroom which was in the same condition as it was when the workers had arrived. As he was standing there, that guy repaired, replaced and cleaned up in less than 20 minutes before going to his truck and issuing us a bill for $560.00, a price which fluctuated heavily, as after speaking to someone at the office, he came down to $340.00. The service provided to me by this company proved to be exceedingly poor and inefficient, thus, prompting the need for me to compose and submit this complaint.

Ernesto 1719 came on time, quickly and did an excellent job. The price was very good and he resolved the problem very quickly. In addition he told me a couple of funny stories from his experience as a plumber. He is a nice person and an excellent professional.

First time I use this company and I can say they do the job right the first time. Nick came for an issue with the kitchen sink, the water was backing up and wasn’t draining it was just sitting. Nick was able to resolve that issue. Thank you Ben Franklin for coming through.

The guys at Zoom Drain were amazing and very responsive; the service was great. They were able to solve the issue with my kitchen clog and everything is working great with my drain now.

Justin arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me a quote and fixed the pipe. The cost ended up being less than the quote.

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
