I was contacted by the owner, Alex, and he informed me that the Plumber that came to my home was let go due to the incident. He assured me that the behavior of that employee will not be tolerated in his company. I must say, I was very impressed with the way he promptly investigated and handled the problem. I feel better knowing that the actions that took place were of the employee and not of the company. I can appreciate a company that does not stand for people being taking advantage of. Alex made me feel like he cared. I can now say that if I had another issue I would call them back again. Thank you Alex for all of your help.

Can someone tell me why they tried to charge me $560.00 to replace a bath and shower faucet? On Friday morning, the faucet in my sons’ bathroom was stripped so we could not get the water to turn off. As a result, we called Pro Plumbing and I explained my problem to the customer service provider for the company that answered my call. She told me that someone would arrive in less than an hour, and soon, two workers arrived in order to situate the issue. The workers went to the back of the house, turned off the water to the house, and then told us that they had to go to home depot to purchase a part. I got a call from one of the workers saying that he saw a bath-and-shower faucet set for $53.00, asking if I wanted him to purchase it, a question to which I replied in agreement. When they returned, however, one person just started walking around while the other went into the bathroom. He was in there for about 30 minutes before he came out and told me that he needed to go back to Home Depot because the part was defective. He came back about 40 minutes later, went back in the bathroom, and shut the door. About 10 minutes later, I walked into the bathroom and saw that he was doing nothing. Then he told me that it looked like someone had to be messing with the water heater which confused me. I told him that was not possible due to the fact that I have a tankless water heater which I can’t reach unless I stand on the dryer and tip-toe. Then he started saying that it was complicated. I had to wake my boyfriend up at this point and tell him what was going on. He went to the bathroom which was in the same condition as it was when the workers had arrived. As he was standing there, that guy repaired, replaced and cleaned up in less than 20 minutes before going to his truck and issuing us a bill for $560.00, a price which fluctuated heavily, as after speaking to someone at the office, he came down to $340.00. The service provided to me by this company proved to be exceedingly poor and inefficient, thus, prompting the need for me to compose and submit this complaint.

Nick came out to fix my under mounted sink that had fallen. All other plumber said I needed a ‘granite guy.’ Nick said ‘no problem.’

I had an emergency pipe burst in my bathroom sink with cold water not working upstairs towhome.
I made a call to Danny at this number- which was his direct cell phone. Within 4 hours he arrived correctly diagnosed the problem, assessed the damage with my hose and upstairs pipes/faucet bathroom- changed all necessary parts, to new copper wire and the total job took no more than 45min-1hour labor and assessment total with re-inspection for leakage post fix (a few min water running).

The diagnosis was old pvc pipe w crack and large mineral deposit built up with ruined the pressure and caused internal leak.

I am always skeptical with plumbers and AC repairman but Danny rums a family operated business, arrived with his father and both were very knowledgeable and professional.

The cost to repair, replace valve, hose, and fix faucet was reasonable with 3 new parts (copper hose, valve, and faucet replacement part) used, he waited 10 min to run water after to test and was very professional with the entire job.

Im sure you can find some that may charge a few dollars less, but in my opinion I rather have a certified local plumber that is professional honest and has integrity.

Will 100% trust and rely on Main Pluming services for all future issues- definitely better than others i have used in past!!!!!!

Our plumber was Juan and my family and I were very grateful after reading all of his prior GOOD reviews. He responded promptly in the morning (8am) when we called and asked for a quote for our toilet that leaked from the night before. Then we also added that we had another toilet that had a leak as well but we had prolonged fixing it due to the pandemic and prior lockdown requirements. He said he'd arrive in the afternoon and we voiced our concerns about him having PPE and he reassured us that he would have them. He arrived in the afternoon (3:45pm) and actually notified us when he was on the way (as we had asked so that we'd know when to expect him). Juan was nice and good-natured when he arrived and introduced himself. He also wore his mask and SHOE COVERS! We were happy so our upstairs carpets would not get dirty throughout the repairs. He got right to work one the first toilet and then the second. He was quiet, polite, and efficient. Juan finished in about 1 HOUR and some change (record time in my opinion ). We were able to ask questions and he was patient and then we tested both toilets (multiple times to ensure the leaks were taken care of) and then he was DONE! We got the invoice and paid by check and then also double checked that if there were any future issues if the jobs had a warranty. He said and that if there was a problem to call him back. My family and I haven't been this satisfied with a plumber and customer service in over a decade! We're happy and appreciative that during these uncertain times there are still individuals and businesses that are willing to work with their customers. 5 STARS! We recommend Juan and Mohr Corp.
