Tech 3870 and Tech 772 were very helpful. They provided me excellent customer service and didn’t take advantage of me after I explained my situation. They walked me through every step and explained what might be needed going forward to prevent future mishaps like the one had, including budgeting in the jet cleaning every 12-18 months. Recently move into my house and my master bathroom toilet would not flush after going thru two plumbing company that would not fix the issue i called pro plumbing and they fixed the problem right away my son had flushed a tooth brush and Alex removed it saved me from having to buy a new toilet great service and very proffessional will highly recommend thank you Pro plumbing...

Original appointment completed 6 days & 3 scheduling attempts later after 2 company cancellations. Missed the four hour promised time windows to arrive all 3 times. Dispatch was inaccurate with times and appointment details. Phone service dismissive attitude. National customer service unaware & powerless to local poor service . Technician polite, honest & professional, solved 2 of 3 issues. Misquoted price lower. Final higher bill only service to arrive on time & need to schedule another appointment with competing service to complete work.

Had an issue with our gas water heater. A technician gave us a visit early October to investigate the issue, spent a few hours and was able to identify the root cause. Asked us to wait a few days for a quote, but didn't send it until 2 weeks after (October 18). Has been calling the office to schedule a repair appointment since (more than 45 days), and every time they promise a callback that never happens. Decided to use their service based on Google reviews, and never expected the frustration!

Worst company ever! Do not use them unless you want to be overcharged for basic services. I called them to check my gas water heater and all the technician did was turned on the city meter. He charged me $215 to turn the meter from off to on!! To top it off he did not have any change and I had to give him an extra $5.00. The technician did not spend more than 30mins in my unit and charged me over $200.00...this was a horrible experience!

Super fast response and even faster clearing of plumbing issue

Our previous plumber left the state so I used an online job referral feature to find a plumber for help with our broken Rinnai tankless water heater. I received a few company's requests, including KNC Plumbing. What I noticed different about KNC was the owner, Kristopher, who communicated useful advice and quickly responded to both emails and phone calls. The other companies just wanted to send someone out. whereas I could tell Kristopher was passionate about his job and wanted to find the best solution, starting before the onsite service call. When Kristopher came out, he did a thorough job of testing the tankless water heater, and really listened to my wife and my explanations of the problem. He provided options, including future upgrade paths. Kristopher got on the phone with Rinnai directly and cleaned the flame rods and igniter to get our heater working again for a very low service call price. It is my impression Kristopher has extensive tankless water heater and plumbing experience and is truly dedicated to doing his best for customers as his primary goal. He could have upsold us and recommended we replace our 7 1/2 year old unit, but he was able to fix it instead. This expertise and honesty is why I recommend him to anyone with a tankless water heater or other plumbing issue.
