PHENOMENAL!!!! If you have to replace your pipe system and are dreading the process of choosing a company and the actual replacement process, do yourself a favor and choose Hernandez Plumbing. We had broken cast iron pipes and considered the possibility of doing pipe lining, but when we found out that the condition of our pipes was not a candidate for the lining and had to be replaced, we were worried about the having to break through our floors and where we would live for the time being. However, all that worrying was for no reason after seeing how Hernandez Plumbing are basically efficient, forward-looking artists! The process was top-notch, skilled, quick and as clean as possible. We were able to live comfortably in our home the whole time! We’ve seen other homes with a trench in their front yard for over 1.5 months, but ours was open and closed within about 2-3 days. The process to replace the pipes in our house was less than 2 weeks. After that was just to re-tile and replace some pieces of drywall. This company has incredible leadership. I want to give a HUGE thank you to Rafael, Marlon and the ENTIRE team! Thank you so much for making such a nerve-wracking process a complete breeze (even with permits and inspections). I’d like to thank myself for researching non-stop to find an amazing company (THE company!), haha. THANK YOU!!!

I Called the guys from Care Plumbing Services due to a main line stoppage late Saturday afternoon. I had family that came over the weekend so I couldn't afford having clogged bathrooms. Kiko from Care Plumbing showed up within an hour of calling him; He was able to resolve the issue within an hour. He was very professional, polite and explained everything he needed to do.

The service we received from this company was exceptional. We had a leak in the bathroom and didn't know who to call. Well, we lucked out because we got in touch with the owner, Wendy, who was very accommodating and sent someone the next day. Our plumber, Justin, was so knowledgeable, courteous, and professional that he turned a stressful situation for us into a pleasant afternoon. He found the source of the leak immediately and replaced the damaged part. Not only was he patient when I had many questions but was happy to explain every step as he went along...great work ethic; wonderful service all-around! Will definitely call them again in the future. The landscaping supervisor for my development noticed the meter box was retaining water and overflowing at times. I contacted Tatiana from Dovis plumbing and she was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. The two technicians (Willie & Daniel) arrived as scheduled and determined there was a leak after they ran a few tests. They provided an estimate based on the work they projected they had to do. A few hours later, after digging to underground pipes by the box, they located the leak and replaced the pipes. Damage was due to tree roots and they documented it with photos so I could address the issue with my HOA. The amount due was the amount of the estimate so they didn’t up charge me which I was worried about. Tested the system to make sure the leak was fixed. Tatiana called the next business day to follow up with me on the service call and my overall satisfaction. Overall I was completely satisfied. Very pleased with the next day service, the updates from the technicians while they worked and the follow up with the office. Would recommend them and will use them again if the.need arises.
