The company responded immediately to our needs. We had a shower drain clogged. We contacted Roto-Rooter around 6pm. I got a call to confirm service was needed with an approximate time for service. I received another call around 7pm with the name and eta of our plumber. Upon arrival, Luis (plumber) inspected the shower drain and observed the clogged drain. He called me and gave me the quote for services ($454). I agreed to the service and he began to work. The work itself took 25-30 minutes. Luis was professional and efficient. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

The supply line on my toilet broke last night and the valve did not care to turn off the water. The bathroom was flooding. I called many places that were 24 hour plumbers and was told they couldn't show until the next day. Called Falcon Plumbing and they said they'd be here in an hour. They got here in 30. Fixed a bunch of problems with this stupid custom toilet the previous homeowner put in this bathroom. Guy was super nice and quick. 100% would recommend again a thousand times.

I have had Coral Gables Plumbing do several jobs in my home. Their work is always professionally done. However, you must be present at all times. They charge $120.00 per hour and any fraction thereof. This last time they did work in my home, my son had to leave and I was unable to get there until about one hour later. When I arrived the plumber was sitting outside talking on the phone. The company uses a tracker to track the amount of time each person is at a specific location. The plumber arrived at 1:17 pm and left at 3:25 pm so I was charged one more hour for the 8 minutes extra from 3:17 to 3:25. I ended up paying $360 in labor for installing a water line for the water dispenser in my refrigerator.

Great experience. He came in fathers day. He knew exactly what the problem was and solve it right away. Super attentive and a pleasire to work with. I highly recommend their services.

Company is ok the office workers needs to do better, I highly recommend Eddison he is by far the best plumber working for the company I have had multiple plumbers come by from the company not saying there work sucks but eddison work speaks for it self I’ll definitely request him next time he fixed my toilet and faucet both working beautifully

Carlos is the only plumber I use for my house in Long Beach. He is very responsive and his prices are the best I have found in the area. I would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.
