I called Marlon on a friend’s recommendation when I learned my old sewer line needed to be completely replaced. From the first call with Marlon this was a great experience. No call went unanswered. The price was fair and when the scope proved to be more extensive the original price was still honored. The work was done in the timeframe promised even though the site conditions proved very challenging. This is my go-to plumber and I recommend them completely.

I found Eli online with no prior experience with him or anyone else. Eli was responsive (came over same day I called after hours), was proactive, honest and solved what turned out to be a more complex kitchen sink/dishwasher issue given a poor prior plumbing job. He worked tirelessly (well into the night) to make sure that the job was complete, and followed-up multiple times with check-ins and suggestions on how to upkeep the dishwasher. His pricing was more than fair and I would absolutely trust Eli for all my plumbing needs.

The crew coordinated everything from mold remediation, post remediation testing, restoration, and submitting final reports. No hassles at all which I really appreciated. Let me just start off that this company has provided me one of the best customer services I have ever received. Not only were they extremely on point with their arrival time but from the beginning of my call to them I was treated with respect. I had a leak coming from my toilet and i was in desperate need to get it fixed. I called Falcon Plumbing and the receptionist (Rosi) was very helpful and very knowledgeable. When the techs got there, they explained to me detail by detail what was wrong and reassured me that they were there to help me.

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
