Steven the OWNER of this company is committing fraud.
I had him come out to do a water test and was promised a full report.

It has been months since he conducted the survey and hasn't made an effort to fulfill his promise.

I'm currently $375 in the hole

The night of Thanksgiving the plumbing in my home backed up in 2 of the bathrooms. The timing couldn't have been worse. I had family in town for the holidays. I went on-line at 12:30 a.m. and requested service first thing in the morning. I was lucky to have Aaron Suarez (tech #2394) show up at 9:30. He immediately diagnosed the problem and pulled the toilet out of my master bathroom and ran a snake to break through the blockage. He said that the problem may happen again and the right thing to do was to have a clean-up valve put in the front of the house and do a high pressure water cleaning of the pipes. He did not pressure me to do the service. 2 days later, the line was blocked again and I called Aaron and I authorized him to do the service as previously mentioned. He arrived at my home at 9:00 a.m. It was a tough job as he had to dig down 4 feet in the front of the house to find the main pipe leading into the home. He had another technician (Rafael #3619) join him at 11:00 a.m. to assist him. They eventually found the main pipe, did the high pressure water service to clear out the lines and then ran a snake into the pipes with a camera to show me that the pipes were very old and there were some cracks in it. Eventually I will have to replace the pipes, but he did not pressure me to do it. He explained what needed to be done. Aaron and Rafael finished the job and left my home at 6:00 p.m. Although the job was bigger than Aaron expected, he stuck to his original price that he quoted at the beginning of the job. Both Aaron and Rafael were very professional and I would highly recommend them and roto rooter in the future!

The building initially refused to fix the electric problem, but Steven assured me that they were in the wrong and by law, needed to remedy the situation. I reached out to Mohr Corp plumbing yesterday (through the Yelp app). Juan responded immediately and told me he could be here this morning at around 11am. He actually got here a little bit earlier. I was terrified at the thought that the issue was an underground leak, and it would cost me thousands of dollars in repairs. Juan found the leak, and it was due to a faulty sprinkler system valve. He fixed the issue quickly, and potentially saved me a lot of money had I dealt with another company that wasn't as honest! Thank you Juan!

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
