After having an amazing first experience 3 months ago, today I called them for a clogged shower and after charging me 225 to fix it, 4 hours later the clogging came back and I called them again and the least they’re charging me this time for a second visit was 175 claiming they don’t offer any kind of guaranties on a clogging which I perfectly respect, but now I feel like I paid 225 for nothing and my bathroom is still useless, if you ever have a clogging make sure is 100% fixed so you don’t have to call them again.

George #6778 did a great job! He came and was professional and fixed my clogged toilet.

We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the morning to request a garbage disposal installation and the plumber, Abraham, was at our house by the early afternoon on the same day. He installed our new garbage disposal and identified a valve that was preventing us from getting full hot water pressure. Abraham was communicative and friendly. The price was reasonable. We'd be comfortable going back for future plumbing needs.

They were able to come the same day and by the time we walked from the front door to the bathroom they already knew what the issue was and how to fix it. 5 mins and 1 chopstick later, a clog that we tried to clear with drano over and over was gone forever.
