Pedro and Ken showed up very quickly, the same day, inspected the area, figured out the problem and fixed it immediately. The repair was not very messy but they also cleaned up the area when they were done. Very professional, helpful and polite. Also wore all of the PPE that was mentioned on line. Great job! Will definitely use again!

Although I found the labor itself to be expensive, just the professional manner, good customer service and quality goes a long way. My first time I use Roto-Rooter. And might use them again in the future for other plumbing related repairs around my home.

Called on a Friday to have work done on a Monday. We both confirmed service. Never showed and never called to say they weren't going to be able to do the service in a particular building. Unprofessional.

Ibrahim was extremly courteous, professional and helped me pick out the shower head to the drain for my new bathroom He knew exactly what we needed. We went to so many different plumbing stores in Doral, Hialeah, and as far as Boca Raton and we did NOT get the level of service that we did when we first stepped into Coral Gables Plumbing. Anderson and Angel Super Friendly and easy going the work done in the bath was fantastic. Every detail was taken care of the installation of the shower heads, and not only that, they also are super clean and get the job done without any issues.
