My water heater caught fire due to a leak today. I called ProPlumbing and the receptionist let me speak to Alex who was extremely courteus and knowledgable. We agreed on the price and he came to my house and less than an hour and a half my new water heater was installed. Definitely would recommed to friends. They came the same day, within hours of my call and Alex and Mike were very professional.Thank you!!!

Great service from Roto-Rooter. Jessica came minutes after we call same day late at night and help us by explaining our issue very clearly and also provided guidance on how to fix it. She then provide us with a complimentary liquid to keep our branches cleaned and complimentary camera inspection in order to have our plumbs checked.

Bad customer service. I called to request an inspection and the guy in the other end hang up on me. Rude!.

Emir and Tony came out to my home in Plantation FL to figure out where the leak in our plumbing was located. We have concrete slab foundation and I was very worried we would need to dig a hole in the concrete. I also expected for the leak detection to take hours. They detected the leak and cut off the water to that specific pipe with in an hour. Tony went over the remediation with me and I am so relieved both Emir and Tony are true professionals and know what they are doing. I am a realtor and will be recommending Hernandez Plumbing, Tony and Emir to my clients and friends.

I purchased my house back in 1990 and Mokher Plumbing was the company that inspect my house for possible plumbing issues and since then, I use them with no hesitation.

I just had a hot water pipe burst between the two bathrooms and Mokher Plumbing immediately responded to my urgency and for the past 3 days working hard, non stop, they finished the work to my complete satisfaction.

I had just about given up hope for finding a plumber that would actually be able to help me replace my water heater within a reasonable time frame and would be responsive to my queries. Then, I discovered Just 1 via the ratings on Yelp and I am so glad I did! They responded quickly to my query, provided a fast estimate, and came out at the promised time to take care of the heater replacement. The plumber was friendly and helpful, teaching me about the new tankless heater and making sure that I understood everything. VERY GRATEFUL for this kind of service.
