I had a great experience using Royal Flush Plumbing & Drain Cleaning for my Miami home. They were very fast and got to the bottom of the problem. I had contacted several different plumber but most of them wanted to charge to come to come to my home.

Paul and his crew are very great to deal with and customer oriented. The customer is top priority in their minds and are willing to do what it takes to make things happen. They work very fast amd effective. Their work is pristine and I would definitively reccomend them and use them again. Thanks again Paul. Recently move into my house and my master bathroom toilet would not flush after going thru two plumbing company that would not fix the issue i called pro plumbing and they fixed the problem right away my son had flushed a tooth brush and Alex removed it saved me from having to buy a new toilet great service and very proffessional will highly recommend thank you Pro plumbing...

Amazing service! Found them through Thumbtack on they were very responsive: I posted a request around 7AM, got a call at 8AM and the specialists were at my house by 9:30AM!

Carlos and Josh were extremely professional by giving thorough and detailed explanations of potential problems and root causes, analyzing my toilet water tank and deciding to replace the parts successfully.

They used a tablet to go through each step of the process in their system, clarifying what I was signing for and the amount to be charged, which felt very transparent and professional.

Appointment for Septic system pump out scheduled for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for my rental. After numerous calls, being told 11 minutes away which 2 hours later l call again and told 10 minutes. Finally a guy arrives in a pickup at 7:45 p.m.!!! What a waste of my time, and the tenants time!! He was only there to give me an estimate. He would not even tell me when they planned on doing the pump out. Said he needed me to agree to sign paperwork at a cost of $900.00, and, of course, it could cost more. What???? Where was the pump out truck? Oh, they would not send it out until another day.That was not what was agreed to on the phone. I wanted the system pumped. Could not even get any information from him. Not to mention, when l kept calling their office to find out when they would arrive, l was put on hold and forgotten. After, 8 1/2 minutes on hold, l called them back.Their representative kept avoiding my direct questions and talked to me as if l was clueless. He was a broken record just trying to give me a sales pitch.Finally called another company who came out immediately even though it was late. The price was less than half of what Peter's wanted.I usually never give reviews, but this was necessary to keep anyone from falling prey to this company.
