I had Go Direct come out for a sewer back up that partially flooded my hallway bathroom. They managed to clear my sewer line through my clean-outs and provided me with options on how to maintain my sewer line. We had the best experience with Lighthouse Plumbing! Our water heater leaked, we had some damage and we were in need of a better solution. John and his team saved the day! John explained our options in great detail. His team arrived on time both days, kept us up to date on progress, cleaned up after their work (so our drywaller could come in and make his repairs) and did not leave until we were happy! Oh are we happy! They installed a tankless water heater and a water softener. They even repaired our faulty master shower so we can use it again and enjoy our new water system. I cannot say enough about how great our experience was! We will never use another.
