Best Water Treatment Service Call in Mesa AZ

Very pleased with Robert and his work installing two bathroom faucets. He was on time, efficient, friendly, and cleaned up completely when he was finished. My fist time using BSJ but it won't be my last.

I am happy to recommend Kendall Plumbing and Rooter. Chris, the plumber, was knowledgeable and very kind. My dog barked at him like crazy, but Chris was unfazed. They are a nice local company with a fair and reasonable price. 5 Stars!

I have never been so impressed by a plumbing service. From my first call to them I could tell that something was different. The people on the phone were courteous, professional and responsive. On the day of the appointment Gary called to let me know he would arrive in 20 minutes and he did. Gary assessed my needs and then blew me away with a relatively simple fix to a problem other plumbers had told me would need a much more expensive solution. Gary was highly professional and carried out the work with fantastic results. I strongly recommend PlumbSmart and Gary!

He came same day I called. He was very nice and polite and checked everything. There wasn’t anything wrong, except at my appliance will need to be replaced. I’ll have to check to see if it’s under warranty before I order it replaced. Very nice young man and likable.

Needed valve replaced as we were moving and they responded immediately

This company cannot follow up and service what they have installed. We spent thousands of dollars for a new water heater and filtration system. Our filtration system is now leaking but they have nobody to come a repair. This was installed only 4 months ago. I called them twice and have been told they just have no one to come out to fix my system. I am furious. I feel we have been used and scammed. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN. DO NOT HAVE THEM DO A THING IN YOUR HOME!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. All of the other A/C contractors in Arizona nicknamed this company “Chainsaw Roberts” for a good reason. If they are the installer that your new home builder uses, walk away and buy a home from someone else. I’ve had to come out of pocket thousands of dollars to remedy all of the issues that this company created on our installation.
