I had a leaking shower valve that was unprofessionally installed by a handyman and was leaking into the first floor of our home. Needless to say… it a huge problem that needed to be fixed quickly. I left a voicemail for Gordon and he promptly called me back. He showed up on-time, did a great job explaining what the issue was and gave me a flat rate quote for the repair. It was more than I was expecting, but that’s ok— having the job done by a professional gave us the peace of mind we needed. Gordon did much of the plumbing assembly outside to avoid making a mess. After the work was done, he showed me the finished project and was also kind enough to alert me to some miscellaneous plumbing issues that he noted around the outside of our home, suggesting that we keep an eye on them. He was never pushy about moving forward with additional repairs, which I appreciated. He then went back to his truck to write up the invoice… and magically it was $137 more than our agreed upon “flat rate”! Needless to say, I was a bit surprised. I asked what the additional charge was for… initially he couldn’t remember, but then said it was for the new trim kit he got. I thought that was included in the quote since he said he would pick one up and install it? I asked how much the trim kit was, and he didn’t want to say. I then wondered if the job took him longer than he expected, and if so, what his hourly rate was? Well, he didn’t have one and explained that the flat rate model worked out better for the customer anyway (I agree!). Needless to say, he couldn’t articulate what the additional $137 was for. We eventually settled for the original quote he gave me, acting as if he was doing me a favor. Perhaps I’m not the demographic that Gordon typically caters to— particularly, a young new home buyer with an unexpected $1100 expense— but the whole pricing situation left me feeling a little off about my interactions with Gordon. It’s really a shame since he did such great work and we are tremendously grateful for his prompt response. I would absolutely call him again for future plumbing needs, but would first make sure that we have a better understanding of how his pricing works before moving forward.

I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked! I called Rob and he came out what seemed like instantly (compared to the warranty plumber) AND FIXED the issue for LESS THAN 1/2 of what the warranty plumber was quoting. The repair has never given us an issue since. Now, he is THE ONLY plumber our family relies on. (I feel guilty that we didn't rely on him sooner!) If you want a job done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, and want a REASONABLE PRICE, and a timely response...don't wait like I did....CALL ROB NOW!

Excellent service from Abel who installed the surge protectors July 27 and David Watts who serviced the small air conditioner. We were very pleased once the work was done. We had to change the appoiintment a couple of times, but the work was excellent.Stephen and Vanessa Delgado

Jaimie did a fantastic job replacing the toilet in my guest bathroom. The price was reasonable.
He was here the next day after we called. He left not a speck of a mess. I really appreciated
that. I will call him again. And he lives in my neighborhood, so that's a plus.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Professional! Reasonable and Knowledgeable! Large plumbing company wanted to charge $5075 for a hot water line re-route due to slab leak !! They charged $825! Very happy!

Had a 80+ foot main water line replaced from street to house via trenchless pipe replacement by Simply Better Plumbing. Only had to dig up areas around main water box and main line going into house. We were skeptical of this new method at first, but they were actually able to pull new water line underground entire way, i.e. under driveway, landscape and sidewalk. Can't say enough good stuff about this company. Installers were professional, aimed to please and were very amicable to work with. Owner Don swung by and introduced himself and helped with project. They cleaned up afterwards and you can't tell work was performed, landscape back to original condition. They honored their estimate even though they had to do some extra work and price for project was extremely reasonable. Very prompt and good follow thru with customer. We HIGHLY Recommend. Thank you Simply Better Plumbing !

Can't say enough about the Plumbing Medic team that finally unclogged my kitchen drain. I had actually had other plumbers out without results. My team consisted of Mike G., Frank W. and Bruce.
