All the employees I’ve worked with at BSJ plumbing have been professional, on time and honest. We have been using them for several years and highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. We’ve mainly had Neil out to or home and he is amazingly patient and thorough in explaining plumbing issues and answering and questions.

They came out and looked at my problem and quickly diagnosed it. We were literally done in minutes. They were Honest and reliable. They have just became my personal plumber that I will use again.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL service. We had an issue where our smoke alarm went off and we called another company that came out and told us our whole unit needed to be replaced (after we had a maintenance plan and they had been there a month before and said everything looked perfect with the unit). We reached out to 911 heating and cooling as they did our home inspection and we trusted their opinion. Rob and Robert helped figure out the issue. It wasn’t an easy job but they were extremely helpful and we trusted their opinion. I really was so impressed with how hard the worked to make sure our unit was working well. We will always use this company and recommend them to everyone!!!!

Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. This was absolutely the BEST home repair customer service I have EVER experienced! I had a BBQ gas line that ran within PVC underneath my patio slab that had corroded through and needed to be replaced. My online request was immediately responded to by Tammy and she set up an appointment for the next day. Jared was early, provided a very reasonable quote and did the work on the same day. I love this company!! They are kind, courteous, and go over and above to ensure the job is done and done proper!!. From my initial contact with Christy to meeting Scott, I can't say enough. I initially called them for a plugged main drain. Scott knew exactly what to do and within 30 mins, everything was fixed. I've now called them to install a new kitchen faucet. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else!!! A 5 star rating doesn't do this company justice. For all your plumbing needs, I HIGHLY recommend Kendall Plumbing & Rooter!!
