Cleaned out slow running faucet post electric water heater installation. Jose was great, very persistent until he found the problem and corrected it (debris from when new water heater installed clogging kitchen faucet, slow stream). Excellent service!

Complete and utter incompetence on every level. Spent $6,700 on a new air handler. Ten months later issues have not been satisfactorily resolved. Air filters of any size will not fit properly into this unit. Service technicians do nothing useful. I wish I had never heard of PlumbDumb. I hope there is a special circle of hell for companies like this.
