Keith was very kind and courteous! Very knowledgeable and found the leak in the wall in short order!!! The repair was quite difficult underneath the kitchen cabinets and sweating the new joints into the repair was very hard and time consuming!! He stuck with it and I endeavored to persevere to completion!!! They did an excellent job and I highly recommended them!!!

Gregg also installed a flow water monitor and a new water softener. He is professional and thoroughly explains his work to the customer.

Water Pros is amazing!! I received there information from a friend as my father was needing his water heater replaced. Mitch was extremely responsive and came out immediately after contacting him to check out the situation. He was very upfront and honest with our options and costs and came out again the following day to install the new water heater. So refreshing to have a professional like Brett come to our house and take care of our plumbing issue - replacing toilet - showed up on time, very pleasant and courteous.

Shower had a leak due to the sharkbite fitting. He was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. The issue came at a bad time and with Covid it was nice he was able to come out and fix the leak right away.

David was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained my options and fixed my problem quickly. Would definitely call Camcor again.

Shawn walked me through all of the repairs needed. He offered options to best fit my needs. Very personable and you can tell he takes pride in his work.

We decided to add a kitchen to our basement and needed a bunch of plumbing and electrical work done. We called CTR Plumbing and they were able to get all of the plumbing and electrical completed in a timely and efficient manner. Their rates were very reasonable and they did a great job. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Todd was an excellent communicator and let me know each step of the way what he was checking, what he expected to see and wGreathen he found two parts needing replaced, he demonstrated how they failed and why it was important to replace them. I understood everything he explained and I am not knowledgeable at all. Also, he showed me the great maintenance agreements the offer - no pressure - I read through it and found it was an excellent maintenance program and voila we now have the Best AC/Heating company making sure or homeis warm and cool whenever it should be. While the plugged drain was more an inconvenience rather than emergency (it was an emergency to me), I had a small window of time in the morning between Addam’s appointment times and work. Addam accommodated my schedule far and above my expectations and completed the job in a thorough and complete manner. He was super quick to respond to my questions regarding price and to schedule my job. I am completely impressed with him and the job he did. I will be calling again if I need a plumber in the future.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

I am a single dad of 4 school-aged kiddos still at home...losing water is a significant event. Mark and made quick work of finding a group of 36k gallon/month leaks in my system that had resulted in new pond outside my garage and a custom pitching mound out front. In all seriousness, this was hands down the contractor experience I have had in years! Nobody likes to spend $1000’s in water line repairs but I would not have done it with anyone else!

Super friendly staff on the phone when I was setting up my appointment for AC unit maintenance. Day of service I got a text letting me know my service tech was on the way. Very punctual- I believe his name is Jake. He is very knowledgeable and professional, friendly. Whole experience was super smooth and easy. He got my unit in shape for the hot summer season ahead. 10/10 would recommend
