Best Tankless Water Heater Replacement in Mesa AZ

This is our first time working with BSJ Plumbing and we are so pleased. Their technician, Joe Money, was very pleasant and explained everything to us in terms that I could understand. He got our shower to give hot water again, and also worked with me to identify two other projects that need to be addressed. But -- he didn't pressure us at all, and helped me figure out flooring issues related to a plumbing leak. We signed up for annual maintenance because I want to work with companies that have given me good service. Thank you, BSJ Plumbing and Joe!!

Did a good job and reasonably priced

I reached out regarding a leak in a water pipe in my backyard and received a very competitive quote and quick availability. I received a breakdown of options available for the issue and excellent service. Would definitely recommend and will use this company again if ever needed in the future!

Misters installed. Amazing service and great team. They hooked the system up to our water softener to eliminate the hard water grime on the landscaping and mister heads. Would highly recommend!

Used Diggers once before, that experience was good. Wish I could say the same for the second time we tried to use their services. Made an appt. with Joe, which was both verbal and by text and it had it be reshedule
On the day of because he took another job over my appt. Came the following day and looked over the job, (leaking tub faucet) said he would come the next day to fix it and we never heard from him. Very Unprofessional !
Time to find a new plumber

The complex I live at used them 5 months ago. They took 22 hours with our water off when it was supposed to be 10. And that was just the beginning. They’ve now showed up with no warning and shut the water off to fix their mistakes multiple times. Simple line switch that they haven’t gotten right over 6 months/dozens of trips here/handfuls of water shut offs. Actually a scam.

So, I needed to get some bathroom faucets and a toilet installed, and after spending all day doing just one last time, I decided to hire an expert. I was driving home and saw a truck that said Hindsight Plumbing and a phone number. I called Mike, told him what I needed, and he gave me a great quote over the phone! Many plumbers will not do that, instead they want to visit to quote.
Anyway, he got me in right away, and all 6 faucets and the toilet were installed quickly and professionally. Mike really knows his stuff, he tackled my job with a fair price, and I plan on using him again!

He spoke nicely and gave a quote for a gas line installation for my gas range kitchen. I was on a very strict time constraint. We decided a date for the installation. I had to chase and follow-up and he simply said their is an emergency and he can't do the job. Next day same thing happened. Then he simply stop responding to take calls or reply to message. That's utterly unprofessional behaviour. I have really no option but to order food from outside untill I can arrange another plumber for this installation. He doesn't inform and can back off from his commitments without letting you know

I decided to go with a smaller business instead of one of the “big” companies and chose ‘Duke’ because of the positive reviews. Justin called ahead to let me know when he was arriving. He was prompt, courteous and professional. After checking our equipment he explained what he had seen and what was needed. He took care of the problem efficiently and made a recommendation regarding our filters. Based on my one experience, I would recommend this company.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

I have used Air & Water Mechanical (although it is still called Air & Water Factor on this website)
for a few years: the y installed my R O system and water softener. Once a year the R O system filters get changed and the water heater gets purge. These maintenance jobs were done a couple of days ago by Logan; he is a fine young man, courteous and friendly who did a great job! :-)
