This guy does a rink-a-dink job and leaves the removed concrete and pipes in the alley. Has unsafe practices leaving dug out areas for weeks unmarked. Be careful of this company.

Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. How can I ever call anyone else! I felt a little guilty not having to pay more! The problem was diagnosed and a price given. After starting the job, Roy, realized the parts were from a different manufacturer than he thought. After spending hours tracking down the parts he thought he had in stock he finally got the job done and done right. I know, that's what he's supposed to do. Right. But, he didn't have to give me a bill with no labor charges and parts at his cost because he thought his diagnosis made the job more difficult than it should have been! That saved me a couple hundred dollars! If that's an example of how this company operates then why would you use anyone else?

Chris is solid. We had a huge plumbing problem with a leaky faucet that we tried to fix ourselves without no results in Mesa. We were experiencing water hammer when flushing our toilets. Charles diagnosed that the problem was caused by high water pressure so he installed a water pressure regulator. He also discovered that the handle to the water shutoff was broken off so he replaced it. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Service was quick and efficient. We have always been happy with any repairs/installations that Parker has done for us so use them when we have water heating or plumbing problems.
