911 has been my Hero since my leak in a pipe in the kitchen island 3 years ago! They came to assist on Saturday night over 4th of July! Recently, my water heater blew out and they were there to take multiple steps to get the new one re-installed after other repairs were finished. While the plugged drain was more an inconvenience rather than emergency (it was an emergency to me), I had a small window of time in the morning between Addam’s appointment times and work. Addam accommodated my schedule far and above my expectations and completed the job in a thorough and complete manner. He was super quick to respond to my questions regarding price and to schedule my job. I am completely impressed with him and the job he did. I will be calling again if I need a plumber in the future.
