This is our first time working with BSJ Plumbing and we are so pleased. Their technician, Joe Money, was very pleasant and explained everything to us in terms that I could understand. He got our shower to give hot water again, and also worked with me to identify two other projects that need to be addressed. But -- he didn't pressure us at all, and helped me figure out flooring issues related to a plumbing leak. The owner sent Austin out to handle a root intrusion in our sewer line late on Saturday night. They came back out on Monday with cameras and were able to tell me exactly where it started. The owner was helpful in determining that it was a city issue and directed me there. He was prompt and through in all aspects of his communication with me. Water heater need to be replace. It’s quite done yet but I’m very impressed so far. There’s a restoration that needs to be address first.
