Great experience with the guys at BSJ. We got 3 quotes, and I won't lie, BSJ wasn't the cheapest. What they DID do was take the extra time to examine every feature I had asked about and quoted me accurately and honestly. They were up front with risks and recommendations. They followed up after the quote to see if we had any questions.

On installation day, they did excellent work and finished the project on-time. They left everything clean and tidy. The recommendation they had for a new kitchen sink was spot-on and I'm very happy with the end product.

Wanted to follow up on my review from 5 years ago!! Had a leak from my water main to my house :(, luckily Greg came out replaced the line and did a fantastic job. He also did it without waking my 3 month old :) Love this company, and all the quality work they do.

Needed our backyard hose bib repaired. Communication was perfect, visit was on time and the repair was completed economically. Highly recommend.

Kendall replaced my water heater and was so plesant! He showed me exactly how to drain the water tank each and told me if I forget, just give him a call he'll remember me and explain again! Kendall was recommended to me as an honest, fair guy and he was!

The team from Schroeder Plumbing came on time and knocked out two bathrooms a kitchen and laundry room all in a single day. This kept our renovation on schedule. Quality was excellent and team was very professional. I especially liked the web based interaction which had a picture of the person who was showing up, with their name and credentials. From quote to delivery, all interactions were top notch!

Wonderful people. Everyone was kind, courteous & a pleasure. From the sales person Eric Valenzuela to the team that did the installation...all were superb!! I definitely was very impressed with everyone & think they went above & beyond with their people skills. I definitely was pleased with everyone & will use Parker & sons for many years. I thank you all for such quality in your staff. I think they all are very unusual people. Esp the installation team. I didn't catch the woman's name, but she worked with Ping. They were the best. Sam also spent time explaining to me the add ons to the system if I desired. He was very knowledgeable & kind.They are should be highly commended for their professionalism.

Jaimie did a fantastic job replacing the toilet in my guest bathroom. The price was reasonable.
He was here the next day after we called. He left not a speck of a mess. I really appreciated
that. I will call him again. And he lives in my neighborhood, so that's a plus.
