When my seven year old toilet - installed as part of a complete bathroom renovation by a large Valley firm - began leaking water between the floor and the bottom of the bowl, I contacted BSJ Plumbing with whom I had worked several times before, always with outstanding results. The technician, MIchael, was able to come the same day that I called. He not only corrected the problem - caused at least in part by a faulty initial installation - he also upgraded everything with higher quality parts. He was, as always, completely professional, polite, and a delight to work with. I give him and BSJ the highest recommendation.

We had an appointment for a plumber to come out at noon. Someone text me at 8:34 about coming out. Since I live in a different state I told them to contact my daughter. She waited home from 12-5 and none showed up. When I called them this morning they told me they called me twice yesterday and I never answered. I told him I did NOT receive any calls (and I was happy to send him a screen shot of my call log) he basically called me a liar, said my phone was broken and told me to find another plumber. Nice, real professional!

Excellent!!! We had a water leak but unsure of where it was coming from. They helped me get in contact with the right people to detect the leak, check for mold, etc and then they came the same day to repair the broken pipe!! Thank you for all your help and fast response!!!

we had what we thought was a hot water heater leak last month only to discover it was a leak under the slab of the pipe leading to the hot water heater. We had three plumbing companies come out to give us estimates. One plumber arrived with his jeans slung down below his hips so when he bent over to view the problem we had full view of his gluteal cleavage! Uggg!! Not letting that guy back on my property. Jeremy and his brother were our third call. They came out to assess the problem within 24 hours of our contacting them. They offered the best estimate and a more reasonable explanation as to why they thought they could fix the problem without having to do a total reroute of the plumbing. We took their estimate and they fixed the problem within 24 hours even saving the corrupted pipes to show us where the leak had formed. We found them professional, knowledgeable, quick and skilled at performing the job. They we friendly, arrived on time and left the area clean. I would recommend them highly and plan to use them in the future for any plumbing problems.

This is a very good plumber. Had them here on a same day service call and did a fantastic job! Great value, and as honest as the day is long. Best plumbers in Mesa-Gilbert area! We have had Superstition Plumbing handle all our plumbing. We had a water heater replaced, the sink faucet replaced that was leaking, and a leak around the upstairs bathroom toilet repaired as well. They did a great job each time and had fair pricing.
